Klanten informeren zich vooraf online en zoeken eventueel naar directe beschikbaarheid of speciale leveringsopties. Ze willen mogelijk ook digitaal interageren in de fysieke winkel of achteraf via een app in contact blijven met de lokale winkel.<\/p>\n<p>(Berlijn) Gebaseerd op de Ku\u2019damm-studie uit de herfst van 2019 heeft het onderzoeksteam van eStrategy Consulting in de herfst van 2020 opnieuw 755 winkels in de zeven grootste Duitse steden online en offline geanalyseerd in verschillende dimensies langs de customer journey. Het biedt een overzicht van de digitale volwassenheid van de Duitse detailhandel.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Beoordeling van een verscheidenheid aan criteria<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De digitale volwassenheid bestaat uit de beoordeling van een verscheidenheid aan criteria uit verschillende dimensies langs de customer journey. Dit omvat bijvoorbeeld:<em>De online zichtbaarheid van de winkel en zijn assortimenten. Hebben de winkels een website of een webwinkel? Zijn ze zichtbaar op Google Maps of Google My Business?<\/em><em>Omnichannel-functies. Hoe goed zijn de online verkoopkanalen verbonden met het lokale assortiment? Kunnen klanten het artikel online vinden, reserveren of kopen?<\/em><em>Digitaal ondersteunde klantervaring op het verkooppunt (POS). Kunnen klanten digitaal zelfbediening gebruiken of hoe zijn de medewerkers uitgerust? Welke digitale betaalmethoden of services zijn beschikbaar?<\/em><em>Digitaal ondersteunde klantenbinding op het POS. Welke technologie\u00ebn worden gebruikt voor klantenbinding?
