De verdeling van de managementverantwoordelijkheid over meerdere schouders zal de duurzaamheid en de kennisbasis binnen het bedrijf versterken en tegelijkertijd ruimte cre\u00ebren voor groei en innovatie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eIk ben blij dat het langdurige engagement van mijn collega\u2019s met hun benoeming in het managementteam wordt bevestigd. Ik beschouw dit als een belangrijke stap om het voortdurende groei van ons bedrijf recht te doen en onze knowhow in de toekomst op een nog bredere basis te plaatsen\u201c, legt Helmut M\u00fcller-Neumayr uit, die in de toekomst als woordvoerder van het uitgebreide managementteam zal optreden.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Dr. Beate Grudzus-Zager<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dr. Beate Grudzus-Zager zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de gebieden GMP\/Productie, kwaliteitsborging en regulatory compliance. Als R&amp;D-manager heeft zij expertise opgedaan naast de productie van klinische monsters, ook in de ontwikkeling van farmaceutische dossiers en farmaceutische productpresentaties.<\/p>\n<p>Na meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in kwaliteitsborging bij B2B-logistieke diensten en CMO-diensten was Beate laatst verantwoordelijk voor de gebieden kwaliteitsborging en contractproductie (GMP), inclusief serialisatie bij Loxxess Pharma. Haar expertise zal in de toekomst helpen om ook de gebieden retourbeheer en kwaliteitsklachten verder uit te breiden.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Dr. Tilman Spaethe<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dr. Tilman Spaethe zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de gebieden financi\u00ebn, HR, het servicecentrum (klantenservice, debiteurenbeheer) evenals contractmanagement, inkoop en administratie. Spaethe heeft jarenlange ervaring in de farmaceutische sector. Al tijdens zijn doctoraat begon hij zich bezig te houden met de ontwikkeling van de industriestructuur in de farmaceutische sector.<\/p>\n<p>Hij is al 18 jaar actief in de gezondheidszorg, waarvan 16 jaar als financieel directeur bij Loxxess Pharma, met een bijzondere focus op financi\u00ebn, controlling, rapportage en calculatie. Hij heeft het bedrijf begeleid als verantwoordelijke financieel manager tijdens de sterke omzetgroei. Daarnaast heeft hij de handelsgoederenbusiness en de B2B-serviceafdeling debiteurenbeheer opgezet en is hij al meerdere jaren verantwoordelijk voor het contractmanagement. Als onderdeel van het managementteam heeft hij gewerkt aan de strategische richting van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Johann Strobl<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Johann Strobl zal in de toekomst verantwoordelijk zijn voor de gebieden operations, transportmanagement, digitale en IT-diensten, infrastructuur en marketing &amp; sales. Strobl heeft meer dan 15 jaar managementervaring in de B2B-dienstverleningssector met een sterke focus op de gezondheidszorg.<\/p>\n<p>Hij heeft uitgebreide expertise opgebouwd in de gebieden supply chain strategie, digitale diensten, transportmanagement, projectmanagement en verkoop en weet deze effectief in te zetten. In de afgelopen jaren heeft Strobl bijgedragen aan de succesvolle groei van Loxxess Pharma Services en daarbij waardevolle innovaties, serviceconcepten en digitaliseringsthema&#8217;s vormgegeven.
