Henry Puhl wordt per 1 juli 2021 aangesteld als toekomstige CTO en opvolger van Eike B\u00f6hm. Hasan Dandashly is in de Raad van Bestuur verantwoordelijk voor het segment Supply Chain Solutions (SCS). De organisatorische basis voor winstgevende groei wordt hierdoor aanzienlijk versterkt.<\/p>\n<p>(Frankfurt am Main) In de Raad van Bestuur van de Kion GROUP AG zijn voortaan alle operationele activiteiten rechtstreeks vertegenwoordigd. De Raad van Toezicht van de onderneming heeft begin dit jaar Hasan Dandashly (61) en Andreas Krinninger (53) benoemd tot extra leden van de Raad van Bestuur van de onderneming.<\/p>\n<p>Hasan Dandashly is in de Raad van Bestuur verantwoordelijk voor het segment Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), dat de wereldwijde activiteiten van Dematic omvat. Hij is sinds 2018 President &amp; CEO van de Kion-dochteronderneming Dematic.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Raad van Bestuur EMEA ITS<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Andreas Krinninger neemt in de Raad van Bestuur de verantwoordelijkheid voor de EMEA-activiteiten van het segment Industrial Trucks and Services (ITS) op zich. Dit omvat de operationele activiteiten van de Kion-merken Linde Material Handling, STILL en Baoli in de EMEA-regio. Andreas Krinninger is sinds 2016 President &amp; CEO van Linde Material Handling EMEA en was daarvoor onder andere financieel directeur en operationeel directeur van Linde Material Handling.<\/p>\n<p>Ching Pong Quek blijft in de Raad van Bestuur van de Kion Group verantwoordelijk voor de activiteiten van het segment Industrial Trucks and Services (ITS) in de APAC- en Amerikaanse regio&#8217;s. Anke Groth blijft CFO en arbeidsdirecteur. De voorzitter is nog steeds Gordon Riske.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Directe verantwoordelijkheid<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;De directe verankering van de verantwoordelijkheid voor de operationele activiteiten in de Raad van Bestuur is een sterke organisatorische basis voor toekomstige wereldwijde groei van de Kion Group,&#8221; zegt Michael Macht, voorzitter van de Raad van Toezicht. &#8220;De uitbreiding van de Raad van Bestuur houdt rekening met de snel toenemende betekenis van ons groeiende segment Supply Chain Solutions. Tegelijkertijd cre\u00ebren we de voorwaarden voor een nog duidelijkere positionering van onze ITS-merken Linde Material Handling, STILL en Baoli in de markten van de EMEA-regio.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>De Raad van Toezicht van de Kion Group heeft bovendien met een andere beslissing langdurige continu\u00efteit in het bestuursgebied van de CTO gewaarborgd: Henry Puhl (50), sinds 2016 President &amp; CEO STILL EMEA, is per 1 juli 2021 benoemd tot lid van de Raad van Bestuur en opvolger van Prof. Dr. Eike B\u00f6hm. Eike B\u00f6hm gaat per 30 juni 2021 met pensioen; hij heeft het CTO-gebied in zijn zesjarige functie voor de onderneming zeer succesvol opgebouwd en aanzienlijk bijgedragen aan de sterke technologische positie van de onderneming.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Globaal gepositioneerde onderneming<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;We zijn in 2006 gestart met middelgrote structuren en een omzet van drie miljard euro. Vandaag de dag is de Kion Group een globaal gepositioneerde onderneming die met een breed product- en dienstenportfolio in meer dan 100 landen actief is en in 2019 een omzet van bijna negen miljard euro heeft behaald - bijna drie keer zoveel als aan het begin, 14 jaar geleden,&#8221; zegt Gordon Riske, voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur van de Kion GROUP AG. &#8220;We zijn voorbij onze eerdere structuur gegroeid.<\/p>\n<p>Tegelijkertijd waren onze kansen nog nooit zo divers als vandaag,&#8221; legt Riske uit, verwijzend naar de huidige marktdynamiek en de snelle technologische vooruitgang die de intralogistieksector aanzienlijk verandert. &#8220;We willen deze positieve ontwikkeling recht doen. Met de directe verankering van de operationele eenheden in de Raad van Bestuur benutten we onze technologische capaciteiten en middelen, evenals onze wereldwijde verkoop- en service-eenheden, in de toekomst nog effici\u00ebnter.
