DW Systembau GmbH richt voor het textielhandelsbedrijf Ernsting\u2018s family een nieuwe bedrijfscentrale met ge\u00efntegreerd logistiek centrum op. Ernsting’s is met ongeveer 1.900 filialen in Duitsland en Oostenrijk, een meerdere malen bekroonde online aanwezigheid en ongeveer 12.000 medewerkers een van de grootste cross-channel aanbieders in de Duitse textielretail.<\/p>\n

(Schneverdingen\/Coesfeld) Niet alleen bij de kleding van Ernsting\u2019s family spelen esthetiek en moderniteit een belangrijke rol. Net zoals de producten zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van de klanten, is ook de architectuur aangepast aan de omgeving en de eisen van de medewerkers. “Architectuur moet er zijn voor de mens”, zegt Kurt Ernsting. Dit begrip weerspiegelt zich duidelijk in de bedrijfscentrale in Coesfeld-Lette.<\/p>\n

Ontspanningsruimtes en een relaxte werksfeer<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De kantoorgebouwen en distributiecentra uit de jaren ’70 hebben plaatsgemaakt voor een uniek gebouwensemble, dat is ontworpen volgens de idee\u00ebn van de gerenommeerde architecten Santiago Calatrava, Fabio Reinhart, Bruno Reichlin, Johannes Schilling en David Chipperfield. Alle gebouwen zijn ge\u00efntegreerd in het tuinlandschap van de Belgische landschapsarchitect Peter Wirtz. Siergrassen, hagen, zachte heuvels en kleine waterpartijen bieden de medewerkers ontspanningsruimtes en een relaxte werksfeer. Natuur en architectuur staan hier in harmonie, cre\u00ebren harmonie in zijn geheel en bieden zo inspiratie. In 2019 is met de voltooiing van de uitbreiding van het Internet Logistiek Centrum een ander architectonisch hoogtepunt toegevoegd. Het gevelontwerp van glas en klinker is afkomstig van de internationaal gerenommeerde glaskunstenaar Nabo Gass, de bouwtoezicht lag bij Wortmann Architekten en de hoofdaannemer was Arning Bauunternehmung GmbH. In het nieuwe gebouw, waarvoor DW SYSTEMBAU meer dan 25.000 m\u00b2 BRESPA\u00ae<\/sup>-plafonds heeft geleverd, worden op 4 verdiepingen goederen voor de internetverkoop gepickt en voorbereid voor verzending,<\/p>\n

Kennisoverdracht op de bouwplaats<\/strong><\/h5>\n

“Hoge kwaliteit architectuur ontmoet hoge kwaliteit draagconstructie” \u2013 reden genoeg om Prof. Dr. J\u00fcrgen Biernath van de nabijgelegen FH M\u00fcnster met zijn studenten van de faculteit civiele techniek uit te nodigen in Coesfeld. Samen met het bouwbedrijf Arning en PEIKKO Duitsland werden de studenten de voordelen van moderne Slim Floor-constructies uitgelegd, eerst theoretisch met lezingen in de bouwcontainer, daarna in de praktijk op de bouwplaats: Vooral de aanstaande civiele ingenieurs waren gefascineerd door de slanke Slim Floor-draagconstructies van plafondgelijke DeltaBeam\u00ae<\/sup>-liggers van PEIKKO en 8 m lange BRESPA\u00ae<\/sup>-plafonds, evenals de snelheid waarmee hele plafondvelden werden gedekt.<\/p>\n
