KG investeert aan de rand van Neu-Ulm in een volledig geautomatiseerde containeropslaghal. Het geplande pand heeft een capaciteit van maximaal 250 containers. Gezien de aanhoudende groei in de sector van containeropslag was het voor de managing partner Marcello Danieli belangrijk om een milieuvriendelijke en duurzame oplossing voor de capaciteitsuitbreiding te vinden.<\/p>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm) De innovatieve en hypermoderne containeropslaghal wordt gebouwd op een van de laatste ontwikkelde bedrijventerreinen in Neu-Ulm, op een uitstekende locatie met een directe aansluiting op de snelweg A7 en de Europese weg B 10. De nieuwbouw is een baanbrekende beslissing voor het familiebedrijf HARDER logistics, vooral in tijden van de coronapandemie. Danieli wil bewust een teken zetten richting toekomstzekerheid: &#8220;Juist nu is het belangrijk om op lange termijn te denken en ons bedrijf goed voor de volgende generatie op te stellen. De thema&#8217;s milieu, duurzaamheid en uitbreidingsmogelijkheden hadden bij de keuze van de locatie en het ontwerp van de hal een hoge prioriteit.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Bijzonder effici\u00ebnte ruimtebenutting<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Belangrijk betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van het pand is Johannes Danieli, junior projectleider bij HARDER logistics. Hij geeft een kijkje: &#8220;Het hightech-pand kan tot 250 containers op een oppervlakte van 850 m\u00b2 herbergen. Daarmee zou voor de dozen slechts 10 procent van de huidige oppervlakte worden gebruikt. Bij traditionele opslag zou 9.000 m\u00b2 ruimte nodig zijn.&#8221; De conclusie van de junior: &#8220;Hoger bouwen is een grondstofbesparende en milieuvriendelijke optie.&#8221; De ongeveer 19 meter hoge hal is ontworpen om 20-voets containers via een geautomatiseerde portaalbrugkraan in zes verdiepingen laser gestuurd te stapelen. Naar verwachting beginnen de grondwerken begin november van dit jaar. De Danieli&#8217;s rekenen op de voltooiing van de containeropslaghal in het vroege voorjaar van volgend jaar.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Processtart zelfstandig door opslagmedewerker te activeren<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Als een bijzonder hoogtepunt plant Johannes Danieli om klanten 24\/7 directe toegang tot hun containers te bieden. &#8220;Hierdoor zijn de gebruikers flexibel en onafhankelijk van openingstijden,&#8221; noemt hij de voordelen. Technisch zal de 24\/7-beschikbaarheid worden gerealiseerd met een internetportaal, waarmee de opslagmedewerker zelfstandig het proces kan activeren.
