De WITRON Logistik + Information GmbH optimaliseert voor REWE hun logistieke centrum in het hessische Neu-Isenburg. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats tijdens de lopende operatie en leiden tot een economische verbetering van de processen. De ingebruikname is gepland voor medio 2021.<\/p>\n

(Parkstein\/Neu-Isenburg) Om flexibel te blijven reageren op het dynamische koopgedrag, optimaliseert de levensmiddelenretailer REWE samen met WITRON het volledige supply chain-proces van grootvolume artikelen met een lage verkoopfrequentie in het logistieke centrum Neu-Isenburg tijdens de lopende operatie. De productieve inzet is gepland voor medio 2021.<\/p>\n

Meer dan 5.000 verschillende, langzaam draaiende producten zoals bijvoorbeeld groenteconserven of wijnflessen zullen in de toekomst ergonomisch en filiaalgericht worden gepickt op filiaal-pallets of rolcontainers in een 5-gangen AKL met in totaal 25.000 opslagplaatsen aan vier werkstations. Een proces dat niet alleen economische en logistieke voordelen genereert, maar ook ecologische \u2013 omdat REWE zo ongeveer 30% minder containers naar de markt en ook weer terug naar het logistieke centrum hoeft te transporteren.<\/p>\n

Geen bouwkundige veranderingen aan het gebouw
\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n

In dit verband wordt de “Ware-naar-Persoon”-oplossing OPS (Order Picking System) nauwkeurig aangesloten op het reeds bestaande container-picksysteem DPS (Dynamic Picking System). In nauwe samenwerking met de klant en de architect is het door WITRON gekozen picksysteem zo ontworpen dat er geen bouwkundige veranderingen aan het bestaande gebouw hoeven te worden aangebracht.<\/p>\n

Beide modules interageren intelligent met elkaar bij het voorraadbeheer en de picking, zodat alle artikelen zowel in OPS als in DPS gepickt kunnen worden. Een WITRON-warehouse management systeem bepaalt dynamisch het meest geschikte picksysteem, prioriteitsgestuurd afhankelijk van de “economischste pick”, “snelste pick”, dagvolume, seizoen of de betreffende productgroep. Bovendien wordt het bestaande DPS-repack ook gebruikt voor het herpakken in de OPS-containers. De opslag in het OPS-systeem kan vervolgens ofwel eenstaps en direct van de repack naar de OPS of tweestaps met tussenbuffering in de DPS plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n

Maximale klantenservice<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Sinds begin 2015 levert de levensmiddelenretailer REWE vanuit zijn logistieke centrum in Neu-Isenburg goed 6.500 klanten in heel Duitsland vanuit een droog assortiment van 17.500 verschillende artikelen. WITRON-modules voor een effici\u00ebnte case-, piece-, half- en volle palletpicking waarborgen een economische bevoorrading van alle markten met maximale klantenservice. Op een piekdag worden meer dan 500.000 pickeenheden filiaalgericht gepickt. De totale lay-out van de installatie is al in de planningsfase gezamenlijk door WITRON en REWE ontwikkeld, zodat deze flexibel en duurzaam kan worden aangepast aan nieuwe eisen met betrekking tot groeiende volumes, aantal artikelen en voortdurend veranderende bedrijfsprocessen. Ook is rekening gehouden met het feit dat toekomstige uitbreidingen grotendeels probleemloos tijdens de operationele werking kunnen worden ge\u00efntegreerd \u2013 zowel IT-technisch als mechanisch.<\/p>\n
