De meeste zalm werd ge\u00efmporteerd, waarvan de import tussen 2012 en 2019 met 25 procent steeg; deze kwantitatieve stijging was vijf keer dynamischer dan die van de totale visimporten. Noorwegen nam de eerste plaats in als inkoopmarkt.<\/p>\n<p>(Bern) Het visverbruik in Zwitserland is in totaal toegenomen: de import steeg van 33.576 ton in 2012 naar 35.299 ton (+ 5 procent) in 2019. Per hoofd van de bevolking kwam dit neer op een hoeveelheid van 4,1 kilogram vis en visproducten. Echter, binnen acht jaar is de ge\u00efmporteerde hoeveelheid per inwoner met 80 gram gedaald. Ter vergelijking: in dezelfde periode zijn de invoeren van vlees en eetbare slachtbijproducten gedaald van 102.652 naar 82.301 ton (- 20 procent).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5703 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Fischimport_26.9.20_3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"539\" height=\"316\" \/>De ontwikkeling van de zalm viel het meest op: de zalmimport steeg kwantitatief binnen acht jaar met 25 procent van 11.000 naar 14.000 ton. In vergelijking met de totale visimporten groeide de zalminvoer vijf keer dynamischer, waardoor hun aandeel met 6 procentpunten van 34 naar 40 procent steeg.<\/p>\n<h5>Hoofdmassa van de vissen komt uit Europa<\/h5>\n<p>Het merendeel van de vissen kwam uit Europa (aandeel: 81 procent). In 2019 behield Noorwegen met een aandeel van 18 procent de eerste plaats. Binnen acht jaar heeft het noordelijke land zijn visleveringen met de helft verhoogd. Met een stijging van 51 procent hebben de Nederlanden het meest toegenomen en zijn van de zesde naar de tweede plaats gesprongen. Frankrijk verhoogde ook zijn aandeel, namelijk van 9 naar 10 procent, en plaatste zich achter de Nederlanden op de derde plaats.
