Hilbinger komt van thyssenkrupp System Engineering naar viastore.<\/p>\n<p>(Stuttgart) Thomas Hibinger is sinds mei 2020 de nieuwe COO van de intralogistiek-expert viastore SYSTEMS in Stuttgart. In deze functie zal de 41-jarige werktuigbouwkundige het operationele bedrijf van de systeemintegrator internationaal leiden en verantwoordelijk zijn voor de afdelingen verkoop, implementatie, service en de productie van de opslag- en transportmiddelen. Tot nu toe was Hibinger COO van thyssenkrupp System Engineering. &#8220;We zijn erg blij dat we zo&#8217;n professional in de internationale machinebouw voor ons hebben kunnen winnen,&#8221; zegt Philipp Hahn-Woernle, CEO van de viastore GROUP. &#8220;Met zijn hands-on mentaliteit past hij heel goed bij ons.&#8221;  Thomas Hibinger, getrouwd en vader van drie kinderen, begon 16 jaar geleden zijn carri\u00e8re bij de machinebouwer Eisenmann na zijn studie werktuigbouwkunde met een focus op productie technologie aan de Technische Hochschule Karlsruhe. Daar heeft hij na verschillende functies, onder andere in de VS en China, het wereldwijde projectmanagement in de automotive-sector geleid en was hij in dit gebied laatstelijk verantwoordelijk als Vice-President Sales voor de internationale verkoop, voordat hij als COO naar thyssenkrupp System Engineering overstapte. Zijn doel is om viastore SYSTEMS internationaal nog meer af te stemmen op de klantbehoeften en het concurrentievoordeel van de klanten te vergroten door effici\u00ebnte materiaalstromen in logistiek en productie. &#8220;De voorwaarden hiervoor zijn bij viastore als familiebedrijf uitstekend: korte beslissingswegen, hier kun je iets in beweging zetten en het team beschikt over een enorme knowhow,&#8221; legt Hibinger uit.
