De Honold Groep bouwt in Neu-Ulm op ongeveer 8 hectare een nieuw logistiek centrum. De nieuwbouw omvat een haloppervlakte van 20.000 vierkante meter en 500 vierkante meter kantoorruimte. De Husqvarna Group fungeert als hoofdhuurder.<\/p>\n

(Neu-Ulm, 15.05.2020) Met deze stap verdiepen Honold en de Husqvarna Group, waartoe ook Gardena behoort, hun succesvolle samenwerking verder. De continu aanhoudende, positieve bedrijfsontwikkeling maakte een uitbreiding van de capaciteiten noodzakelijk. De bedrijven reageren op de stijgende vraag met een aanzienlijke verhoging van de logistieke diensten voor de Ulmer fabriek. De Husqvarna Group zal de langetermijn hoofdhuurder van het pand zijn, dat naar verwachting in oktober 2020 wordt opgeleverd.<\/p>\n

Al v\u00f3\u00f3r de start van de bouwwerkzaamheden eind 2019 moesten bijzondere uitgangsvoorwaarden in overweging worden genomen. Het oorspronkelijk voor de winning van grind gebruikte terrein was na de Tweede Wereldoorlog een militair gebruikt braakliggend terrein. In talrijke afstemmingsoverleggen met de bevoegde autoriteiten werden milieu- en soortenbeschermingsrechtelijke bepalingen in de uitgebreide plannen opgenomen. Ook een uitgebreide explosievenonderzoek tot in diepere lagen was onontkoombaar. In totaal leidde dit tot een complexiteit die door diverse deskundigen beoordeeld moest worden. Deze kwamen tot de conclusie dat een bebouwing zou leiden tot een positief milieueffect.<\/p>\n

\nOndanks beperkingen door de grenssluitingen als gevolg van de coronacrisis bevindt het bouwproject zich binnen de geplande tijdslijnen. Verkeersgunstig gelegen ontstaat in Neu-Ulm een hypermodern logistiek centrum dat voldoet aan de modernste normen.<\/p>\n

Heiner Matthias Honold legt uit: \u201eWij zijn ervaren in de ontwikkeling van gebruikersspecifieke logistieke vastgoed en met een ervaren team goed gepositioneerd. We zijn zeer blij dat we in Neu-Ulm dit ideale terrein voor onze klant hebben kunnen ontwikkelen. De vestiging werd goed ondersteund door de lokale autoriteiten. Er worden ongeveer 50 arbeidsplaatsen gecre\u00eberd. De bouw is al v\u00f3\u00f3r de coronacrisis begonnen. Ongeacht dat, zouden we deze nieuwbouw ook in de crisis zijn gestart. We voelen nog steeds een stijgende vraag naar logistiek vastgoed.\u201d<\/p>\n
