Questa soluzione mira a ottimizzare i processi operativi e garantire la sicurezza del sistema per il futuro. La compatibilit\u00e0 con altre applicazioni e accoppiamenti, cos\u00ec come l&#8217;integrazione in futuri concetti di automazione digitale (DAK), sono caratteristiche centrali del sistema.<\/p>\n<h3>Soluzioni digitali collaudate in uso<\/h3>\n<p>Secondo PJM, le funzioni digitali dei treni sono gi\u00e0 state implementate con successo a livello internazionale. Diverse migliaia di sistemi sono stati messi in funzione per clienti di fama come SBB Cargo, FS LogistiX, Mercer, Plasser &amp; Theurer, TRANSWAGGON, VTG e Tatravag\u00f3nka. Le funzioni del sistema WaggonTracker si sono dimostrate efficaci nella pratica. Da sottolineare \u00e8 l&#8217;alimentazione autonoma potente fornita dal generatore del cuscinetto assiale, che consente una trasmissione dati affidabile. La prova automatizzata dei freni, in uso dal 2017, \u00e8 considerata l&#8217;unico sistema di questo tipo approvato a livello mondiale e rappresenta un passo importante per ottimizzare e accelerare la preparazione dei treni.<\/p>\n<p>La prova automatica dei freni si \u00e8 dimostrata efficace anche nei treni di prova DAK, recentemente presso la Westf\u00e4lische Landes-Eisenbahn nell&#8217;ambito di un progetto DAC4EU. Le funzionalit\u00e0 del Waggon-Tracker coprono gi\u00e0 i requisiti associati al rollout del pacchetto base del FP5 Trans4MR del Programma Europeo di Consegna DAC. Ci\u00f2 include l&#8217;alimentazione elettrica e dati dei vagoni merci, necessari per determinare la composizione del treno, la lunghezza del treno e l&#8217;integrit\u00e0 del treno. \u00c8 prevista anche la possibilit\u00e0 di sganciare automaticamente i vagoni dalla cabina del conducente, non appena saranno soddisfatti i requisiti tecnici per l&#8217;accoppiamento.<br \/>\n&lt;h3 flessibilit\u00e0 e sicurezza nel trasporto merci<\/p>\n<p>Il sistema WaggonTracker \u00e8 adatto a diversi tipi di veicoli ed \u00e8 apprezzato anche da aziende come Plasser &amp; Theurer, che sfruttano i vantaggi della prova automatica dei freni e del monitoraggio dei freni nelle macchine per lavori ferroviari. Il sistema trova applicazione nei vagoni nuovi ed \u00e8 utilizzato anche nei vagoni esistenti grazie alla sua efficienza e alle sue caratteristiche di sicurezza. La struttura modulare consente di selezionare le funzionalit\u00e0 di monitoraggio secondo necessit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcnter Petschnig, CEO di PJ Monitoring, sottolinea: &#8222;In sintesi, il nostro sistema offre la massima flessibilit\u00e0, ottimizza le operazioni e la disponibilit\u00e0 della flotta e aumenta la sicurezza. Un treno merci pu\u00f2 sostituire fino a 52 camion e provoca il 80% in meno di emissioni di CO2 rispetto al trasporto su strada. Grazie ad applicazioni digitali e automatizzate, la competitivit\u00e0, la redditivit\u00e0, l&#8217;efficienza, la disponibilit\u00e0 e la sicurezza nel trasporto merci possono essere significativamente aumentate. Petschnig sottolinea che le funzioni digitali dei treni e la prova automatica dei freni di PJM offrono gi\u00e0 oggi un valore aggiunto e creano una base tecnologica sicura per il futuro.
