Nonostante la speranza di un&#8217;imminente distensione, la regione rimane un&#8217;area di conflitto geopolitico, in cui la navigazione commerciale civile \u00e8 notevolmente colpita.<\/p>\n<p>All&#8217;inizio del conflitto, circa 50 navi con circa 1.000 marinai, di propriet\u00e0 tedesca o gestite da aziende tedesche, erano bloccate nel Golfo Persico. Negli ultimi mesi, \u00e8 stato possibile portare oltre la met\u00e0 di queste navi fuori dalla zona di pericolo con un elevato impegno per la sicurezza e in stretta collaborazione con le marine locali. Attualmente, ci sono ancora circa 20 navi con circa 400 marinai nella regione, mentre la situazione rimane dinamica e imprevedibile.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Kr\u00f6ger, amministratore delegato dell&#8217;Associazione dei Naviganti Tedeschi (VDR), sottolinea l&#8217;urgenza della situazione: &#8222;\u00c8 chiaro a tutti che portare le navi con i loro equipaggi in sicurezza fuori dalla zona di pericolo \u00e8 un primo passo importante. Ma prima o poi devono anche poter tornare in sicurezza per trasportare materie prime e beni di cui c&#8217;\u00e8 urgente bisogno.&#8220; Sottolinea che il commercio mondiale si basa su una navigazione funzionante e che lo Stretto di Hormuz deve essere navigabile in sicurezza in entrambe le direzioni per mantenere le catene di approvvigionamento.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;importanza della navigazione libera \u00e8 evidenziata dalla variet\u00e0 di beni trasportati via mare. Questi includono energia, materie prime, alimenti, medicinali e prodotti industriali \u2013 tutte merci essenziali per le persone e le aziende in tutto il mondo. Le interruzioni in queste catene di approvvigionamento possono non solo compromettere l&#8217;approvvigionamento, ma anche aumentare il costo della vita, il che \u00e8 particolarmente avvertito in Germania.<\/p>\n<p>Il VDR osserva con preoccupazione che i rischi di sicurezza per la navigazione commerciale internazionale stanno aumentando su diversi percorsi marittimi strategici. Gli attacchi nel Mar Rosso, la guerra nel Mar Nero, le tensioni nello Stretto di Taiwan e le minacce ibride nel Mar del Nord e nel Mar Baltico evidenziano che la libert\u00e0 di navigazione \u00e8 sotto pressione a livello globale. Kr\u00f6ger avverte: &#8222;Oggi \u00e8 lo Stretto di Hormuz, domani potrebbe essere lo Stretto di Malacca, lo Stretto di Taiwan o un&#8217;altra strettoia marittima strategicamente importante.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Invita la comunit\u00e0 internazionale a fare tutto il possibile per ripristinare permanentemente la libert\u00e0 di navigazione e garantire la protezione delle navi commerciali e dei loro equipaggi. Il passaggio libero attraverso le strettoie marittime internazionali \u00e8 un principio fondamentale del diritto marittimo internazionale, che non deve essere minato militarmente o economicamente.
