(&#8222;K&#8220; LINE), ha annunciato la costruzione di un secondo rimorchiatore elettrico denominato &#8222;EV Tugboat No. 2&#8220;. La nuova nave avr\u00e0 un tonnellaggio lordo di 260 e sar\u00e0 impiegata nella baia di Tokyo. \u00c8 adatta per diverse operazioni di rimorchio e servir\u00e0 come modello standard per futuri rimorchiatori elettrici, come comunicato da K Line.<\/p>\n<h3>Dettagli tecnici e innovazioni<\/h3>\n<p>Il rimorchiatore pianificato sar\u00e0 dotato di un nuovo sistema di distribuzione della corrente continua, che controller\u00e0 sia la propulsione che l&#8217;alimentazione elettrica di bordo. Il motore dell&#8217;&#8220;EV Tugboat Nr. 2&#8243; offrir\u00e0, secondo il produttore, una potenza di 4.400 CV, rappresentando un incremento rispetto al motore da 3.600 CV del primo rimorchiatore elettrico. Inoltre, il generatore ausiliario del nuovo rimorchiatore sar\u00e0 controllato da un sistema di monitoraggio delle condizioni (CMS), che si attiver\u00e0 in caso di capacit\u00e0 della batteria insufficiente. I dati operativi raccolti contribuiranno a ottimizzare l&#8217;alimentazione elettrica e a ridurre il consumo di combustibili fossili.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;iniziativa per la costruzione dell&#8217;&#8220;EV Tugboat Nr. 2&#8243; \u00e8 stata inclusa in un programma sovvenzionato che si occupa di efficienza nella navigazione e della transizione verso energie non fossili nella navigazione costiera.
