Un focus particolare \u00e8 posto sullo sviluppo del traffico merci su ferrovia e sul rafforzamento dei settori del trasporto su strada.<\/p>\n<h3>Affidamento del servizio ferroviario<\/h3>\n<p>Tra le principali delibere c&#8217;\u00e8 l&#8217;approvazione dei risultati della procedura di gara per l&#8217;affidamento del servizio ferroviario nei porti di Savona e Vado Ligure. Il servizio \u00e8 stato assegnato a Mercitalia Shunting &amp; Terminal S.r.l., dopo che due aziende hanno partecipato alla gara pubblica. L&#8217;affidamento ha una durata di cinque anni con possibilit\u00e0 di proroga di ulteriori due anni e ha un valore complessivo stimato di circa 22,6 milioni di EUR. Questo servizio \u00e8 fondamentale per la continuit\u00e0 operativa delle due strutture portuali.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;offerta selezionata si \u00e8 distinta sia dal punto di vista tecnico che economico, offrendo uno sconto del 12,6% sulle tariffe originali. Prevede un modello integrato per l&#8217;esecuzione del servizio ferroviario e della trazione, che include un&#8217;organizzazione operativa 24\/7. Inoltre, saranno implementate soluzioni ecologiche attraverso l&#8217;uso di biocarburanti a basse emissioni, nonch\u00e9 sistemi digitali per la gestione delle attivit\u00e0 e un programma di manutenzione migliorato per le infrastrutture e i veicoli.<\/p>\n<p>La nuova procedura di gara mira a rafforzare il collegamento intermodale su ferrovia, aumentare la competitivit\u00e0 dei porti di Savona e Vado Ligure e promuovere lo sviluppo del traffico merci su rotaia in linea con gli obiettivi di sostenibilit\u00e0 dell&#8217;autorit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuove aree di sosta per camion<\/h3>\n<p>Inoltre, il comitato ha approvato l&#8217;affidamento di una concessione per un periodo di quattro anni alla Trasportounito Service Cooperativa Consortile. Questa concessione riguarda un&#8217;area di circa 6.300 m\u00b2 lungo le corsie laterali del cavalcavia portuale al Varco Etiopia nel porto di Genova. Qui sar\u00e0 realizzato un nuovo parcheggio regolamentato per veicoli pesanti. Questa misura \u00e8 necessaria per creare una soluzione alternativa alle aree attualmente utilizzate nel parco di ricerca scientifica e tecnologica di Erzelli, che sono interessate dall&#8217;inizio dei lavori per un nuovo campus universitario.
