Il previsto magazzino frigorifero a pi\u00f9 piani avr\u00e0 una superficie di 20.400 m\u00b2 ed \u00e8 progettato per ospitare camion con un peso fino a 44 t su due livelli. Questo progetto rappresenta una nuova generazione di edifici, mirata a minimizzare il consumo di spazio e a integrarsi in una strategia logistica responsabile. Sar\u00e0 realizzato come uno dei primi progetti logistici in Francia conformi alle linee guida per edifici a basse emissioni di carbonio (BBCA).<\/p>\n<h3>Attore centrale nel MIN di Rungis<\/h3>\n<p>SEMMARIS gestisce il mercato di prodotti freschi pi\u00f9 grande al mondo ed \u00e8 responsabile dello sviluppo e della modernizzazione del MIN di Rungis. Con il progetto I10b, l&#8217;azienda mira a rispondere alle mutevoli esigenze logistiche, fornendo infrastrutture adeguate per lo stoccaggio degli alimenti e ottimizzando al contempo l&#8217;uso del suolo in un contesto gi\u00e0 fortemente urbanizzato.<\/p>\n<h3>Sviluppo verticale del progetto logistico<\/h3>\n<p>Il progetto I10b sar\u00e0 realizzato nell&#8217;ambito di una procedura di gara per la progettazione e la costruzione e dimostra l&#8217;expertise di IDEC nel campo dei servizi di ingegneria integrata. La costruzione sar\u00e0 completamente progettata internamente e si caratterizzer\u00e0 per una concezione tecnica sofisticata: un magazzino frigorifero a due piani che consente l&#8217;accesso a camion da 44 t fino al livello superiore. Questa disposizione unica nel cuore del MIN di Rungis permette di sovrapporre due aree logistiche con funzioni identiche, ottimizzando il consumo di spazio e migliorando l&#8217;efficienza dei flussi logistici. Ogni piano avr\u00e0 un proprio piazzale per camion, accessibile tramite rampe di cemento unilaterali, per garantire un traffico fluido e sicuro dei camion. Mentre il piano terra operer\u00e0 in modalit\u00e0 cross-docking, il piano superiore presenter\u00e0 un&#8217;organizzazione unilaterale. Questa pianificazione mira a massimizzare l&#8217;efficienza logistica e l&#8217;autonomia degli utenti.<\/p>\n<h3>Consapevolezza ambientale e responsabilit\u00e0 sociale<\/h3>\n<p>Nonostante la complessit\u00e0 tecnica del progetto, SEMMARIS ha fissato obiettivi ambiziosi per ridurre l&#8217;impatto ambientale. Fin dall&#8217;inizio, sono state integrate diverse opzioni fondamentali nel campo della responsabilit\u00e0 sociale (RSE) nella pianificazione. La costruzione includer\u00e0 un impianto fotovoltaico sul tetto, installato da GROUPE IDEC ENR Solar. Questo impianto fornir\u00e0 energia rinnovabile per coprire gran parte del fabbisogno energetico.
