L&#8217;accordo prevede una riduzione fino al 75% entro il 30 giugno 2031. Questa misura mira ad adattare le attuali normative dell&#8217;UE sulle tariffe di utilizzo stradale ai nuovi obiettivi di emissioni di CO\u2082 che entreranno in vigore il mese prossimo.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuovo modello tariffario per veicoli a basse emissioni<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;accordo consente agli Stati membri dell&#8217;UE di ridurre significativamente le tariffe per i veicoli a basse emissioni. Il contesto \u00e8 che l&#8217;introduzione di veicoli commerciali a zero emissioni sta procedendo pi\u00f9 lentamente del previsto. Secondo l&#8217;accordo, i paesi che gi\u00e0 offrono esenzioni tariffarie per veicoli a zero emissioni hanno la possibilit\u00e0 di ridurre le tariffe per i veicoli a basse emissioni fino al 75% entro il 30 giugno 2031. A partire da luglio 2031, la riduzione pu\u00f2 essere mantenuta al 50%. I camion e gli autobus a zero emissioni possono essere esentati da tutte le tariffe di utilizzo stradale e infrastrutturale fino a quella data e beneficeranno successivamente della suddetta riduzione tariffaria.<\/p>\n<h3>Inclusione dei rimorchi nella discussione<\/h3>\n<p>I negoziatori hanno anche riconosciuto l&#8217;importanza dei rimorchi efficienti, che possono contribuire a ridurre le emissioni di CO\u2082 dei veicoli convenzionali e aumentare la loro autonomia. Tuttavia, una decisione finale sull&#8217;inclusione degli effetti dei rimorchi nelle tariffe di utilizzo stradale \u00e8 stata rinviata. Questo avverr\u00e0 solo dopo una valutazione da parte della Commissione europea, che dovr\u00e0 essere completata entro il 30 giugno 2029.<\/p>\n<p>Matteo Ricci, relatore del Parlamento per il gruppo S&amp;D, ha commentato l&#8217;accordo definendolo &#8222;un passo equilibrato verso un sistema di tariffe di utilizzo stradale pi\u00f9 trasparente ed efficace&#8220;. Ha sottolineato che il principio del chi inquina paga rimane al centro della revisione, mentre si concede agli Stati membri dell&#8217;UE la necessaria flessibilit\u00e0 per adattare la classificazione delle emissioni di CO\u2082 per i veicoli commerciali pesanti alle reali condizioni del settore dei trasporti.<\/p>\n<h3>Prospettive per i prossimi passi<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;accordo provvisorio deve ora essere formalmente approvato dal Parlamento europeo e dal Consiglio. Le attuali normative dell&#8217;UE sulle tariffe di utilizzo stradale, stabilite nella direttiva sulle Eurovignette, non obbligano gli Stati membri a imporre tariffe per l&#8217;utilizzo delle loro strade. Tuttavia, se decidono di farlo, devono rispettare i principi stabiliti nella direttiva. L&#8217;esenzione dalle tariffe di utilizzo stradale per camion e autobus a zero emissioni e a basse emissioni rimane facoltativa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/news\/de\"
