Tuttavia, secondo un comunicato di EmissionLink, un servizio integrato di gestione delle emissioni, sono necessarie linee guida chiare per garantire l&#8217;attuazione pratica di queste misure.<\/p>\n<h3>Complessit\u00e0 delle regolamentazioni<\/h3>\n<p>Il settore marittimo si trova gi\u00e0, secondo l&#8217;azienda, di fronte a un ambiente normativo complesso: con l&#8217;entrata in vigore del sistema di scambio di emissioni dell&#8217;UE (EU ETS) e dell&#8217;iniziativa FuelEU Maritime, oltre agli sforzi dell&#8217;Organizzazione Marittima Internazionale (IMO) per l&#8217;introduzione di un quadro globale per la neutralit\u00e0 climatica, la situazione diventa ancora pi\u00f9 complicata. Ognuno di questi sistemi ha requisiti, scadenze e metodi di calcolo diversi. EmissionLink sottolinea che senza linee guida dettagliate, evitare costi di CO\u2082 duplicati rappresenta una sfida.<\/p>\n<p>Una nave che opera nel commercio europeo pu\u00f2 essere soggetta contemporaneamente alle regolamentazioni dell&#8217;EU ETS, ai requisiti di FuelEU Maritime e alle future normative sul CO\u2082 dell&#8217;IMO. Le obbligazioni non sono sempre chiaramente assegnate e il calcolo dei dati sulle emissioni non avviene in modo uniforme, come comunica l&#8217;azienda. Questo potrebbe portare i proprietari delle navi a pagare non solo per le stesse emissioni due volte, ma anche a trovarsi di fronte a segnalazioni multiple, calcoli duplicati e processi di conformit\u00e0 paralleli.<\/p>\n<h3>Necessit\u00e0 di dati sulle emissioni precisi<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;importanza di dati sulle emissioni precisi e verificabili sta crescendo, secondo EmissionLink. Tuttavia, l&#8217;azienda sottolinea che i dati da soli non sono sufficienti. I proprietari e gli operatori devono anche possedere le competenze per interpretare questi dati nei vari sistemi normativi e prendere decisioni commerciali. Secondo quanto dichiarato dall&#8217;azienda, ha gi\u00e0 supportato oltre 600 navi nella fornitura di dati sulle emissioni di FuelEU, acquisendo cos\u00ec informazioni sulle sfide della conformit\u00e0 per diversi tipi di navi e profili operativi.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">&#8222;Il settore deve sapere come coordinare gli obblighi dell&#8217;UE e dell&#8217;IMO, come vengono riconosciuti i pagamenti equivalenti e quali prove i proprietari delle navi necessitano per dimostrare che la stessa tonnellata di emissioni non \u00e8 stata penalizzata
