L&#8217;obiettivo di questa misura \u00e8 accelerare la crescita, affinare il focus e distribuire le risorse in modo pi\u00f9 efficiente attraverso il portafoglio dei marchi noti.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuova suddivisione regionale<\/h3>\n<p>Nell&#8217;ambito della nuova struttura, Kraft Heinz sar\u00e0 suddivisa in tre regioni: Nord America, Europa e Mercati sviluppati e in via di sviluppo del Pacifico. La regione dei mercati in via di sviluppo comprender\u00e0 i mercati asiatici emergenti, nonch\u00e9 i mercati emergenti occidentali e orientali. Marcel Regis funger\u00e0 da Presidente regionale per i mercati in via di sviluppo. I paesi europei attualmente organizzati nei mercati emergenti occidentali e orientali saranno trasferiti nella categoria dei mercati sviluppati del Pacifico, guidati da Willem Brandt. Il Nord America, che comprende gli Stati Uniti e il Canada, rimarr\u00e0 sotto la direzione di Nico Amaya.<\/p>\n<h3>Focus su approvvigionamento e catena di fornitura<\/h3>\n<p>Un elemento centrale della ristrutturazione \u00e8 l&#8217;accorpamento dell&#8217;area approvvigionamento e catena di fornitura in una funzione centrale. Questa sar\u00e0 guidata da Janelle Aydin (foto), che assumer\u00e0 il ruolo di Global Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer.
