Le misure per promuovere la diversificazione dei fornitori possono essere uno strumento utile per rafforzare la resilienza delle catene di approvvigionamento e contribuire a ridurre il rischio di interruzioni e la potenziale strumentalizzazione del commercio. Tali misure sono pi\u00f9 efficaci se attuate come parte di un approccio pi\u00f9 ampio orientato all&#8217;azione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">La resilienza delle catene di approvvigionamento deriva dalla trasparenza, dalla misurabilit\u00e0 e dalla prontezza operativa lungo l&#8217;intera catena del valore. Per rafforzarla, le aziende dovrebbero mappare in modo continuo le loro reti di fornitori, inclusi i fornitori a monte e le fonti di materie prime, identificare i nodi a rischio elevato e quantificare i potenziali impatti finanziari e di servizio delle interruzioni.
