Questi sviluppi sono stati annunciati in occasione dell&#8217;introduzione del piano voli estivo 2026, che prevede oltre 140 partenze giornaliere da Doha verso pi\u00f9 di 160 destinazioni in tutto il mondo.<\/p>\n<p>La compagnia aerea del Medio Oriente si era posta l&#8217;obiettivo di ripristinare l&#8217;85% della rete originale entro met\u00e0 giugno, dopo che gran parte dei voli era stata sospesa a causa di disordini regionali. Con il raggiungimento di questo obiettivo, il Qatar Airways Group si sente ben posizionato per la prossima fase di crescita.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuovi ruoli dirigenziali a supporto della crescita<\/h3>\n<p>Le due nuove posizioni, Chief Operating Officer (COO) e Chief Customer Officer (CCO), sono destinate a supportare tre priorit\u00e0 centrali che plasmeranno lo sviluppo futuro del gruppo. Queste priorit\u00e0 includono &#8222;la fornitura di un&#8217;esperienza passeggeri di prima classe, l&#8217;espansione dell&#8217;offerta di passeggeri e merci con una flotta moderna, nonch\u00e9 investimenti nello sviluppo e nella promozione dei dipendenti&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Il Chief Operating Officer riunir\u00e0 le funzioni operative del gruppo sotto una direzione unificata, per garantire responsabilit\u00e0, prestazioni e i pi\u00f9 elevati standard di sicurezza. Questa posizione sar\u00e0 ricoperta da Abdulla Ali (foto), un qatariota che in precedenza ha ricoperto il ruolo di Senior Vice President per il servizio a terra. Ali porta con s\u00e9 una vasta esperienza nei settori delle operazioni aeree, aeroportuali e di rete, dimostrandosi un leader in team ad alte prestazioni.<\/p>\n<p>Il Chief Customer Officer riunir\u00e0 i punti di contatto del marchio e dei clienti sotto un focus coordinato, per garantire coerenza ed eccellenza durante l&#8217;intero viaggio del cliente. Questo ruolo sar\u00e0 assunto da Calum Laming, che possiede sia la cittadinanza irlandese che britannica e in precedenza ha ricoperto il ruolo di Chief Customer Officer presso British Airways. Laming ha anche lavorato in posizioni di leadership orientate al cliente presso grandi compagnie aeree internazionali come Etihad Airways e Air New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p>Hamad Al-Khater, Chief Executive Officer del Qatar Airways Group, ha commentato le nuove nomine:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eQueste posizioni sono fondamentali per i prossimi passi.
