Come comunicato in una conferenza stampa il 16 giugno 2026, la nuova zona logistica, con un volume di investimenti superiore a 150 milioni di EUR, dovrebbe generare circa 2.000 posti di lavoro entro il 2030. L&#8217;aeroporto, che dal suo apertura nel 1946 svolge un ruolo centrale nella connettivit\u00e0 aerea della regione, sta ora ampliando la sua offerta nel settore della logistica e della spedizione espressa.<\/p>\n<h3>Importanza strategica della zona logistica<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;A\u00e9ropole Logistique et Fret \u00e8 concepita come un nodo economico che integra l&#8217;infrastruttura esistente dell&#8217;aeroporto. I primi edifici sono stati gi\u00e0 completati nel 2024, tra cui le strutture di DCB Logistic e Chronopost. Negli anni successivi sono previste ulteriori aperture, tra cui quelle di Stef Transport e XPO, che dovrebbero essere completate entro il 2026. In totale, entro il 2030 saranno messi a disposizione 100.000 m\u00b2 di spazi logistici, rendendo l&#8217;A\u00e9ropole uno dei progetti logistici pi\u00f9 significativi della regione.<\/p>\n<p>La creazione di un nuovo collegamento stradale, le cui studi tecnici sono attualmente in corso, dovrebbe ulteriormente aumentare l&#8217;attrattiva dell&#8217;intera regione. I lavori di costruzione sono previsti per il quarto trimestre del 2027.<\/p>\n<h3>Partnership e investimenti<\/h3>\n<p>Il progetto \u00e8 sostenuto da una variet\u00e0 di partner pubblici e privati. Tra gli attori istituzionali figurano l&#8217;autorit\u00e0 francese per l&#8217;aviazione civile (DGAC), la prefettura della regione Occitania e il dipartimento dell&#8217;H\u00e9rault. Sul fronte privato, oltre 15 aziende hanno investito nella zona logistica, tra cui nomi noti come Black Pearl Group e DCB Logistics. Queste partnership sono fondamentali per il raggiungimento degli ambiziosi obiettivi dell&#8217;A\u00e9ropole.<\/p>\n<p>La zona logistica mira non solo a supportare le aziende esistenti, ma anche ad attrarre nuovi attori del settore logistico. Questo sar\u00e0 realizzato attraverso la creazione di un moderno hub logistico e di spedizione espressa, in grado di soddisfare le esigenze dell&#8217;ultimo miglio.<\/p>\n<h3>Sostenibilit\u00e0 al centro<\/h3>\n<p>Un ulteriore aspetto del progetto \u00e8 la responsabilit\u00e0 ecologica. In collaborazione con il Conservatoire d&#8217;espaces naturels d&#8217;Occitanie, verr\u00e0 effettuata una vasta compensazione ecologica, che garantir\u00e0 la conservazione e il ripristino degli habitat naturali per un periodo di 50 anni. Questa iniziativa dimostra l&#8217;impegno dell&#8217;aeroporto a conciliare lo sviluppo economico con le esigenze ecologiche.<\/p>\n<p>In generale, l&#8217;A\u00e9ropole Logistique et Fret rappresenta un passo significativo nello sviluppo economico della regione, creando posti di lavoro e migliorando la connettivit\u00e0 logistica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
