Il test, iniziato a fine maggio, viene effettuato in condizioni operative reali con la flotta dell&#8217;azienda di trasporti tedesca Sommer. L&#8217;obiettivo del progetto \u00e8 valutare le prestazioni di un Nivalis Powered Trailer Kit montato su un rimorchio TIP Group. Questo kit trasforma un rimorchio standard in un&#8217;unit\u00e0 intelligente e autosufficiente, che contribuisce attivamente al proprio movimento. Ci\u00f2 dovrebbe ridurre il fabbisogno energetico del veicolo trattore, senza aumentare significativamente il peso o modificare l&#8217;operativit\u00e0 per l&#8217;autista.<\/p>\n<h3>Valutazione del supporto energetico<\/h3>\n<p>Nell&#8217;ambito del progetto pilota, si sta esaminando come il sistema di rimorchio supportato dalla tecnologia si comporti in condizioni reali nel trasporto a lungo raggio. Il nuovo sistema mira a ridurre il consumo di carburante dei camion fino a 7.000 litri di diesel per rimorchio all&#8217;anno, il che potrebbe comportare risparmi significativi per flotte ad alto utilizzo. Inoltre, si prevede una riduzione delle emissioni di CO2 fino a 18 tonnellate per rimorchio all&#8217;anno.<\/p>\n<p>Il sistema Nivalis integra un asse elettrico (e-asse), sviluppato in collaborazione con BPW, direttamente nel telaio del rimorchio. A differenza delle piattaforme refrigerate e-e-Reefer, che mirano al funzionamento dei trasporti refrigerati, il sistema Powered Trailer intende ridurre il fabbisogno energetico del trattore attraverso supporto alla trazione e recupero energetico. Le batterie attingono energia da tre fonti: dall&#8217;e-asse durante la frenata, da un impianto fotovoltaico sul tetto durante il giorno e da una connessione trifase AC da 32A durante le soste. Il sistema genera, immagazzina e distribuisce continuamente energia durante la giornata lavorativa.<\/p>\n<p>Un&#8217;unit\u00e0 di gestione energetica integrata (EMU) ospita tutti i componenti elettrici, mentre un&#8217;unit\u00e0 di distribuzione della potenza integrata (IPDU) controlla tutti i flussi energetici. Un&#8217;interfaccia uomo-macchina (HMI) compatta mostra all&#8217;autista lo stato del sistema e il livello di carica della batteria.<\/p>\n<h3>Aspetti economici e risparmi<\/h3>\n<p>Il sistema Nivalis \u00e8 stato progettato per ottenere significativi risparmi di carburante per percorsi a lungo raggio, con risparmi previsti fino a 7.000 litri di diesel e 18 tonnellate di CO2 per rimorchio all&#8217;anno. L&#8217;impianto fotovoltaico sul tetto pu\u00f2 generare fino a 3,7 kWp, riducendo ulteriormente la dipendenza dalla rete elettrica.<\/p>\n<p>Pavel Gilman, Vice President Sales &amp; Marketing di Nivalis Energy Europe, spiega: &#8222;Il nostro sistema e si concentra su tre obiettivi: riduzione dei costi del carburante, interventi minimi nelle operazioni dei clienti e miglioramento della sostenibilit\u00e0.&#8220; Aggiunge che il settore dei trasporti pu\u00f2 gradualmente diventare indipendente dai combustibili fossili senza dover effettuare investimenti straordinari o modifiche all&#8217;infrastruttura.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Sch\u00fctz, responsabile Flotta &amp; Asset Management della regione centrale di TIP Group, sottolinea l&#8217;importanza della sperimentazione pratica: &#8222;La questione centrale \u00e8 come il sistema funzioni in condizioni di trasporto reali \u2013 attraverso diverse rotte, carichi e comportamenti di guida. Questo pilota ci fornisce i dati e le esperienze per valutarlo praticamente.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h3>Autorizzazioni e prontezza all&#8217;uso<\/h3>\n<p>I requisiti amministrativi per l&#8217;approvazione e il funzionamento delle innovazioni tecniche possono essere complessi. Tuttavia, TIP ha ottenuto con successo l&#8217;autorizzazione necessaria per questa configurazione del rimorchio, che consente la registrazione e l&#8217;uso nei paesi dell&#8217;UE e dell&#8217;EFTA secondo le normative nazionali vigenti. Le batterie ad alta tensione di Nivalis sono certificate secondo la norma UN 38.3 e il sistema di propulsione elettrica soddisfa il regolamento UNECE n. 100 [2015\/505].<\/p>\n<p>Gli autisti possono operare il rimorchio secondo le normative di guida europee e nazionali standard, senza necessit\u00e0 di ulteriori licenze o formazione.<\/p>\n<h3>Prospettive per il settore<\/h3>\n<p>Per TIP, questo pilota amplia il portafoglio attivo di soluzioni complete sostenibili gi\u00e0 in uso in Europa. Il rimorchio motorizzato apre una nuova dimensione, affrontando l&#8217;energia di trazione a livello di rimorchio, piuttosto che concentrarsi esclusivamente sul veicolo trattore o sui sottosistemi. Rogier Laan, Vice President Global Sales and Marketing di TIP Group, sottolinea: &#8222;I nostri clienti hanno bisogno di soluzioni che migliorino l&#8217;efficienza senza interrompere le operazioni.
