Questa nave \u00e8 stata progettata per operare vicino alla costa e per una variet\u00e0 di applicazioni difensive e commerciali. L&#8217;intero processo di sviluppo, dalla prima fase di progettazione fino alle prove in mare, \u00e8 stato completato in un anno, come comunicato da Saronic. Questo rappresenta un lasso di tempo che non si era pi\u00f9 visto nella costruzione navale americana dalla Seconda Guerra Mondiale.<\/p>\n<h3>Specifiche tecniche e possibilit\u00e0 di impiego<\/h3>\n<p>La &#8222;Marauder&#8220; \u00e8 progettata, secondo le informazioni del produttore, per missioni prolungate e impegnative, in cui gli equipaggi sono esposti a rischi. La nave pu\u00f2 essere operata in modo completamente autonomo o sotto sorveglianza remota, operando lontano dalla costa. Questo riduce la necessit\u00e0 di un equipaggio completo e i pericoli ad esso associati.<\/p>\n<p>Con oltre 25 nodi di velocit\u00e0 massima e un&#8217;autonomia di fino a 5.400 miglia nautiche, la Marauder \u00e8 in grado, secondo Saronic, di cambiare rapidamente posizione e di condurre operazioni su lunghe distanze. La capacit\u00e0 di carico utile \u00e8 di 150 tonnellate, con la nave configurabile per ospitare fino a quattro container ISO da 40 piedi o otto da 20 piedi. Questo dovrebbe consentire agli operatori di adattare il carico della missione alle proprie esigenze.
