Questa richiesta avviene nell&#8217;ambito dell&#8217;IATA-FIATA Consultative Council (IFCC) e si riferisce alla Risoluzione 801c, Articolo 4.2. Le modifiche dovrebbero entrare in vigore il 1\u00b0 luglio 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In una comunicazione, l&#8217;associazione delle associazioni internazionali di spedizione esprime preoccupazioni riguardo alla consultazione insufficiente sugli impatti legali, operativi e assicurativi delle misure proposte. L&#8217;organizzazione sottolinea che tra gli attori del settore ci sono crescenti incertezze legali e che \u00e8 necessaria stabilit\u00e0 in un mercato globale del cargo aereo gi\u00e0 disturbato. La FIATA richiede una revisione delle modifiche per consentire una rivalutazione strutturata da parte del settore.
