I risultati mostrano differenze significative nei processi di consegna, nelle sfide e nelle priorit\u00e0 tecnologiche dei due mercati.<\/p>\n<h3>Ritardi nelle consegne al centro dell&#8217;attenzione<\/h3>\n<p>Il sondaggio ha rivelato che nel DACH nessuna azienda riporta consegne sempre puntuali. Oltre la met\u00e0 delle aziende intervistate segnala ritardi in fino al 50% dei trasporti, mentre il 14% indica percentuali ancora pi\u00f9 elevate. In confronto, il 44% delle aziende statunitensi riporta ritardi in meno del dieci percento delle consegne. Nessuna azienda negli Stati Uniti afferma che pi\u00f9 del 50% dei camion arrivi in ritardo.<\/p>\n<p>Le cause di questi ritardi sono simili in entrambe le regioni. Interruzioni inaspettate nel processo sono indicate dal 66% degli intervistati come causa principale. Tuttavia, nel DACH, i colli di bottiglia interni sono pi\u00f9 pronunciati: il 64% degli intervistati cita la mancanza di capacit\u00e0 personali o tecniche come motivo, mentre questa percentuale negli Stati Uniti \u00e8 del 45%. Altri problemi, come arrivi di camion non coordinati e finestre temporali imprecise, sono considerati rilevanti in entrambe le regioni.<\/p>\n<h3>Digitalizzazione e le sue barriere<\/h3>\n<p>La digitalizzazione nella gestione dei piazzali sta progredendo, ma le barriere tra i due mercati sono diverse. Nel DACH, il 59% delle aziende utilizza gi\u00e0 attivamente un software di gestione dei piazzali, mentre negli Stati Uniti la percentuale \u00e8 del 64%. Negli Stati Uniti, inoltre, il 12% delle aziende prevede di introdurre questa tecnologia a medio termine. I principali ostacoli alla digitalizzazione nel DACH sono la mancanza di capacit\u00e0 interne (48%) e questioni di integrazione (27%). Negli Stati Uniti, invece, le restrizioni di budget (47%) e casi aziendali poco chiari (39%) rappresentano sfide pi\u00f9 frequenti.<\/p>\n<p>Gli obiettivi che le aziende perseguono con un sistema di gestione dei piazzali mostrano anch&#8217;essi differenze. Nel DACH, l&#8217;accento \u00e8 posto sull&#8217;efficienza operativa: il 77% degli intervistati desidera ridurre i tempi di transito e di attesa, mentre negli Stati Uniti, oltre alla migliore pianificazione degli arrivi (70%), sono prioritari anche la riduzione delle spese di sosta (62%) e una maggiore trasparenza sui processi (59%).<\/p>\n<h3>Requisiti diversi per i sistemi moderni<\/h3>\n<p>I requisiti per i moderni sistemi di gestione dei piazzali variano anch&#8217;essi. Nel DACH, le funzioni che alleviano il lavoro operativo sono in primo piano. Il 65% degli intervistati menziona le prenotazioni mobili, il 63% le funzioni di self-check-in e il 60% l&#8217;automazione dei processi. Negli Stati Uniti, invece, sono pi\u00f9 importanti le funzioni di controllo interconnesse, come la comunicazione con i conducenti (66%) e le interfacce con le piattaforme di telematica (58%).<\/p>\n<p>Le priorit\u00e0 per i prossimi cinque anni mostrano anch&#8217;esse approcci diversi. Le aziende statunitensi attribuiscono grande importanza all&#8217;usabilit\u00e0 mobile (77%), alle architetture cloud (75%) e all&#8217;ottimizzazione basata sull&#8217;intelligenza artificiale (71%). Nel DACH, questi valori sono significativamente pi\u00f9 bassi, con il 61% che menziona l&#8217;usabilit\u00e0 mobile e il 49% l&#8217;integrazione.<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Graf, product manager di INFORM, commenta i risultati: &#8222;Le aziende nel DACH e negli Stati Uniti seguono percorsi di sviluppo diversi, ma in entrambi i mercati cresce l&#8217;importanza di una gestione affidabile del piazzale. Pi\u00f9 dinamiche diventano le consegne, le risorse e le priorit\u00e0 operative, pi\u00f9 importante \u00e8 avere una visione comune che fornisca orientamento e consenta decisioni solide.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Il sondaggio &#8222;Quanto \u00e8 intelligente il tuo piazzale? Potenziali di ottimizzazione nella gestione dei piazzali&#8220; \u00e8 stato condotto alla fine del 2025 e ha coinvolto 214 esperti e dirigenti del settore logistico, industriale e commerciale nel DACH e negli Stati Uniti.
