La AD Ports Group (ADP) sta accelerando la costruzione del suo nuovo terminal container a Pointe-Noire, nella Repubblica del Congo. L’azienda ha recentemente assegnato tre contratti per la costruzione delle necessarie infrastrutture marittime del centro della sua controllata Noatum Ports.<\/div>\n
In questa fase, si affronteranno le strutture del terminal a terra, oltre ai piani per la fornitura di nuove gru. Il volume totale dei contratti ammonta a circa 200 milioni di USD. Il progetto nasce nell’ambito di una joint venture tra ADP e CMA CGM, attraverso la sua controllata CMA Terminals. La base \u00e8 una concessione di 30 anni con il governo della Repubblica del Congo.<\/div>\n
Inizialmente, sono previsti un molo lungo 420 m e profondo 16 m, oltre a un’area logistica di 100.000 m\u00b2. Inoltre, saranno fornite tre gru \u00abShip-to-Shore\u00bb e nove gru RTG. La tecnologia ibrida delle gru RTG dovrebbe ridurre significativamente il consumo di diesel. ADP prevede un tempo di costruzione di circa due anni. Il terminal dovrebbe rafforzare il ruolo di Pointe-Noire come hub logistico per l’Africa centrale e occidentale e potrebbe creare fino a 9.000 posti di lavoro diretti e indiretti.<\/div>\n
