Un tribunale federale degli Stati Uniti ha presentato un&#8217;accusa contro la Synergy Marine Pte Ltd di Singapore, la Synergy Maritime Pte Ltd di Chennai, India, e contro il sovrintendente tecnico della <em>M\/V Dali<\/em>.
