Questa decisione, accettata con quasi il 100% di consenso degli azionisti, segna un passo decisivo nella ristrutturazione dell&#8217;azienda nell&#8217;ambito della strategia 2030, che mira a una crescita sostenibile, e coster\u00e0, secondo il CEO Tobias Meyer, circa 37 milioni di EUR.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNegli ultimi decenni, la nostra azienda si \u00e8 evoluta dall&#8217;ex Deutsche Bundespost a un leader mondiale nel settore della logistica. \u00c8 giunto il momento di adattare la struttura aziendale storicamente consolidata\u201d, ha dichiarato Meyer. In futuro, il nome Deutsche Post AG sar\u00e0 utilizzato solo per la nuova filiale, che si occuper\u00e0 del mercato tedesco, in particolare del trasporto di lettere e pacchi.<\/p>\n<p>Con questo passo, la Deutsche Post AG quotata in borsa, che un tempo \u00e8 nata come successore della Bundespost, vedr\u00e0 ridotta la sua importanza. Solo circa un quinto del business sar\u00e0 dedicato all&#8217;attivit\u00e0 postale tradizionale, mentre la maggior parte riguarder\u00e0 aree globali come i servizi espressi e le spedizioni.
