L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 considerare l&#8217;impatto dei rimorchi e dei semirimorchi sulla struttura tariffaria differenziata per le emissioni di CO2 per i veicoli commerciali pesanti come camion e autobus. Sebbene i rimorchi non generino emissioni, influenzano il consumo energetico totale di una combinazione di veicoli riducendo le emissioni complessive. I deputati sono convinti che l&#8217;uso di rimorchi efficienti debba essere premiato con tariffe autostradali pi\u00f9 basse.<\/p>\n<h3>Tariffe ridotte per veicoli a basse emissioni<\/h3>\n<p>Considerando i lenti progressi nell&#8217;introduzione di veicoli commerciali pesanti a emissioni zero, la commissione trasporti desidera creare un incentivo temporaneo per i veicoli a basse emissioni, in particolare per quelli dotati di estensori di autonomia installati in fabbrica. I deputati propongono che i paesi dell&#8217;UE che concedono esenzioni dai pedaggi per veicoli a emissioni zero possano applicare una riduzione del pedaggio del 75% per i veicoli a basse emissioni fino al 30 giugno 2031.<\/p>\n<p>I deputati sottolineano che i gruppi frigoriferi per il trasporto elettrificati, che funzionano a batteria o come sistemi plug-in e sostituiscono i gruppi diesel per il raffreddamento delle merci in camion e rimorchi, possono contribuire significativamente alla decarbonizzazione del trasporto su strada. Pertanto, sostengono che i paesi dell&#8217;UE dovrebbero essere in grado di offrire una riduzione adeguata delle tariffe e delle tasse per l&#8217;uso per i veicoli dotati di questi gruppi.<\/p>\n<h3>Semplificazione delle normative<\/h3>\n<p>Per aumentare la chiarezza giuridica e ridurre gli ostacoli all&#8217;implementazione e alla gestione, i deputati hanno anche deciso di allineare pi\u00f9 strettamente le attuali norme dell&#8217;UE sui pedaggi stradali con le direttive dell&#8217;UE sugli obiettivi di emissione di CO2 per camion e autobus. I nuovi standard di emissione di CO2 per camion e autobus entreranno in vigore il 1\u00b0 luglio 2026, e le norme di pedaggio stradale dell&#8217;UE dovrebbero riflettere questo sviluppo.<\/p>\n<h3>Prossimi passi<\/h3>\n<p>Con 35 voti a favore e 6 contrari, i membri della commissione trasporti hanno inoltre deciso di avviare colloqui con i paesi dell&#8217;UE sulla formulazione finale della legislazione. Questa decisione richiede l&#8217;approvazione dell&#8217;intero Parlamento, che si riunir\u00e0 a met\u00e0 maggio.<\/p>\n<h3>Contesto<\/h3>\n<p>Le attuali norme di pedaggio stradale dell&#8217;UE, stabilite nella direttiva Eurovignette, non obbligano i paesi dell&#8217;UE a tassare i veicoli per l&#8217;uso delle loro strade. Tuttavia, se decidono di farlo, devono rispettare i principi tariffari stabiliti nella direttiva. L&#8217;esenzione dai pedaggi per camion e autobus a emissioni zero rimane anch&#8217;essa facoltativa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/committees\/de\/tran\/home\/highlights\"
