L&#8217;azienda, che sta attuando il programma di investimenti Port Polska, ha firmato un contratto con Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielcze Budoprojekt. Questo prevede la creazione della documentazione progettuale per la prossima fase della Zona Cargo.<\/p>\n<h3>Progressi nel settore merci<\/h3>\n<p>Il contratto rappresenta il secondo di tre accordi fondamentali che dovranno plasmare l&#8217;infrastruttura merci del futuro aeroporto. Il progetto Cargo 2 mira a creare un sistema complesso di strutture e infrastrutture di supporto, orientato ai fornitori di servizi logistici globali che gestiscono reti di distribuzione proprie. L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 creare un ambiente efficiente e sicuro per la gestione delle consegne espresse e dei corrieri, per rispondere alla crescente domanda mondiale di trasporto aereo di merci.<\/p>\n<p>Il contratto ha un valore di circa 2,1 miliardi di EUR (lordi). Al centro del progetto c&#8217;\u00e8 l&#8217;obiettivo di garantire processi logistici senza soluzione di continuit\u00e0 e interruzioni, riducendo significativamente i tempi di elaborazione delle spedizioni. Questo sar\u00e0 realizzato attraverso l&#8217;integrazione di funzioni di magazzinaggio, movimentazione e smistamento in un layout uniforme.<\/p>\n<h3>Sicurezza ed efficienza al centro<\/h3>\n<p>Una delle principali preoccupazioni del progetto \u00e8 la sicurezza. Il progetto prevede una rigorosa separazione e accesso controllato tra le aree di aviazione e di terra, per proteggere sia le merci che il personale. Le strutture per i fornitori di servizi logistici saranno posizionate strategicamente all&#8217;interfaccia tra l&#8217;area aerea e quella terrestre, per consentire un trasferimento diretto e rapido delle merci tra il traffico aereo e quello terrestre. Questo \u00e8 fondamentale per le moderne catene di approvvigionamento globali.<\/p>\n<p>Gli edifici previsti fungeranno da centri di trasferimento ad alta velocit\u00e0, minimizzando i tempi di stoccaggio e massimizzando il throughput. In pratica, ci\u00f2 significa che i pacchi saranno trasportati rapidamente dai camion agli aerei e viceversa, con ritardi minimi. Una zona di smistamento speciale sar\u00e0 un ulteriore elemento centrale del progetto, progettata per organizzare rapidamente le spedizioni in base alla loro destinazione. Soluzioni spaziali e tecnologiche flessibili dovranno consentire al sistema di adattarsi a volumi di merci variabili, garantendo sia efficienza che scalabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Il primo contratto per il design della Zona Cargo, che comprende la Cargo 1, \u00e8 stato precedentemente assegnato a Cundall Polska. Considerando l&#8217;ampiezza e la complessit\u00e0 dell&#8217;investimento, il design della Zona Cargo \u00e8 stato suddiviso in tre pacchetti separati, ciascuno dei quali affronta diverse esigenze funzionali e spaziali presso il sito aeroportuale.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo l&#8217;attuale cronoprogramma degli investimenti, le strutture della Zona Cargo dovrebbero essere operative entro la fine del 2031. Questo recente accordo sottolinea il ritmo accelerato dello sviluppo presso il Centralny Port Komunikacyjny e riafferma l&#8217;impegno a posizionare la Polonia come attore significativo nel settore
