Secondo lo studio, basato su interviste a 300 dirigenti di aziende di spedizione e fornitori di servizi logistici, il 49% degli intervistati considera il trasporto come un elemento di differenziazione per i propri servizi. Nell&#8217;anno precedente, questa percentuale era del 38%.<\/p>\n<h3>Trasporto come strumento strategico<\/h3>\n<p>Elmer Spruijt, VP Transportation Management EMEA presso Descartes, sottolinea l&#8217;importanza di questo sviluppo: &#8222;Il trasporto si sta evolvendo da processo operativo a componente strategico del valore per il cliente e della competitivit\u00e0. Le aziende che modernizzano la loro gestione dei trasporti pongono le basi per maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 e crescita.&#8220; Lo studio mostra che il 31% delle aziende considera il trasporto un vantaggio competitivo, con un aumento rispetto al 22% dell&#8217;anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>I risultati evidenziano che il trasporto sta guadagnando importanza strategica a livello dirigenziale. Le incertezze geopolitiche, le interruzioni nelle catene di approvvigionamento internazionali e l&#8217;aumento delle aspettative dei clienti portano le aziende a percepire il trasporto non pi\u00f9 solo come un fattore di costo, ma come uno strumento decisivo per il successo commerciale e il servizio clienti. Questo trend \u00e8 particolarmente evidente nelle aziende finanziariamente solide: il 91% di questo gruppo considera il trasporto un vantaggio competitivo o un mezzo di differenziazione nel servizio clienti.<\/p>\n<h3>Ottimistiche aspettative di crescita<\/h3>\n<p>Nonostante le attuali incertezze economiche, le aspettative nel settore per i prossimi due anni sono ottimistiche. Il 96% degli intervistati prevede una crescita, con il 61% che si aspetta tassi di crescita annuali compresi tra il 5% e il 15%. Gli spedizionieri si mostrano particolarmente fiduciosi: il 78% prevede una crescita superiore al 5%, mentre il 67% dei fornitori di servizi logistici nutre aspettative simili.<\/p>\n<h3>Aumento degli investimenti nella gestione dei trasporti<\/h3>\n<p>La crescente importanza strategica del trasporto si riflette anche nei piani di investimento delle aziende. Il 76% degli intervistati prevede di aumentare i propri investimenti in IT per la gestione dei trasporti nei prossimi due anni. Tra le aziende leader dal punto di vista finanziario, questa percentuale arriva addirittura all&#8217;84%. Anche le motivazioni per questi investimenti sono cambiate: mentre in passato la riduzione dei costi era al centro dell&#8217;attenzione, oggi il 40% degli intervistati cita la crescita e il miglioramento del servizio clienti come principali fattori trainanti. Questo conferma che il trasporto viene sempre pi\u00f9 utilizzato per supportare gli obiettivi aziendali.<\/p>\n<h3><a
