Secondo un&#8217;analisi dell&#8217;azienda CBRE, \u00e8 stato registrato un volume di transazioni di 1,4 miliardi di euro, corrispondente a un aumento del 16 percento rispetto al primo trimestre del 2025. Questo sviluppo indica un crescente interesse per gli immobili logistici, nonostante un leggero calo della quota di questi immobili nel mercato complessivo.<\/p>\n<h3>Cambiamenti nella quota di transazione<\/h3>\n<p>La quota degli immobili logistici sul volume totale \u00e8 diminuita secondo l&#8217;analisi di 13 punti percentuali, scendendo al 70 percento. Al contrario, l&#8217;industria leggera ha registrato un aumento di 12 punti percentuali, raggiungendo il 18 percento. Gli immobili produttivi sono rimasti pressoch\u00e9 stabili, continuando a rappresentare l&#8217;11 percento del volume delle transazioni.<\/p>\n<p>Un ulteriore trend \u00e8 la diminuzione dell&#8217;importanza delle sette maggiori citt\u00e0 in relazione al volume delle transazioni. La quota di queste citt\u00e0 \u00e8 scesa di 10 punti percentuali, attestandosi a soli sei punti percentuali. L&#8217;analisi mostra inoltre che le transazioni di portafoglio stanno guadagnando importanza. La loro quota \u00e8 aumentata di nove punti percentuali, raggiungendo il 21 percento.
