Secondo un recente sondaggio del Customs Support Group (CSG) condotto su 200 aziende manifatturiere europee, il 20% delle aziende utilizza gi\u00e0 sistemi basati su IA per affrontare le complesse esigenze della gestione doganale. Nonostante questi progressi, emerge una netta discrepanza tra l&#8217;uso e la fiducia in queste tecnologie. Molte aziende ritengono che l&#8217;IA possa essere utile, ma non sufficientemente affidabile per assumere la responsabilit\u00e0 dei processi doganali critici.<\/p>\n<h3>Le sfide degli errori dell&#8217;IA<\/h3>\n<p>Bee Newboult, Head of Regional Marketing &amp; Expansion del Customs Support Group, sottolinea che un problema centrale nell&#8217;applicazione dell&#8217;IA nel settore doganale sono le cosiddette &#8222;allucinazioni&#8220; e spiega: &#8222;Queste sono uscite plausibili, ma errate, generate dai modelli di IA.&#8220; Un esempio \u00e8 una richiesta da parte di professionisti dell&#8217;International Meat Trade Association (IMTA), che hanno chiesto a un modello di IA se fosse legale esportare zampe di pollo dal Regno Unito in Cina.
