L&#8217;acquisizione comprende circa 55.000 unit\u00e0 su quattro continenti. La transazione \u00e8 stata completata attraverso i fondi gestiti da ITE, come comunicato dall&#8217;azienda.<\/p>\n<h3>Espansione del portafoglio<\/h3>\n<p>Con l&#8217;integrazione di container cisterna ISO e offerte di carico secco nel suo portafoglio esistente, che gi\u00e0 include impianti ferroviari, telai, container dry e aeronautici, ITE Management intende rafforzare la propria presenza di mercato nei settori del trasporto merci. CS Leasing serve diversi mercati, tra cui chimico, industriale e logistico. Questa acquisizione supporta l&#8217;obiettivo di ITE di rafforzare l&#8217;infrastruttura di trasporto operativa.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acquisizione rappresenta una continuazione degli investimenti dell&#8217;azienda nel settore intermodale, iniziati con l&#8217;acquisto di Milestone Chassis da parte di ITE.
