Tutte le attivit\u00e0 in Italia saranno ora operate con il marchio &#8222;dnata&#8220;. Questo sviluppo segue un aumento graduale della partecipazione in Airport Handling negli ultimi anni.<\/p>\n<h3>Rafforzamento della presenza a Roma e Milano<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;integrazione fa parte di una serie di misure che sottolineano l&#8217;impegno a lungo termine dell&#8217;azienda, fondata nel 1959 a Dubai (EAU), nel mercato aereo italiano. Nel 2025, Airport Handling ha avviato le operazioni presso l&#8217;aeroporto di Roma-Fiumicino (FCO), ampliando cos\u00ec le capacit\u00e0 di handling a terra di dnata oltre gli aeroporti di Milano-Malpensa (MXP) e Linate (LIN). Questo ha quasi raddoppiato le attivit\u00e0 operative in Italia.<\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, dnata ha annunciato anche un investimento di 25 milioni di EUR per aumentare le capacit\u00e0 di cargo a Milano attraverso la costruzione di una nuova moderna struttura presso l&#8217;aeroporto di Malpensa. Questo progetto mira a creare capacit\u00e0 aggiuntive per i clienti e a sostenere la crescita nel settore della logistica italiana.<\/p>\n<h3>Da investimenti strategici a completa acquisizione<\/h3>\n<p>&#8222;Questo passo riflette la nostra fiducia a lungo termine nel settore aereo italiano&#8220;, ha dichiarato Clive Sauv\u00e9-Hopkins, CEO di dnata Airport Operations. &#8222;Dai nostri inizi a Dubai alla nostra crescente presenza in Europa, dnata ha sempre cercato di offrire servizi coordinati a livello globale, mantenendo al contempo un forte approccio locale. Di fronte a una domanda crescente, investiamo in capacit\u00e0, tecnologia e talenti per rimanere un partner affidabile per le compagnie aeree a Milano, Roma e oltre.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Dnata \u00e8 entrata nel mercato italiano nel 2020, investendo strategicamente in Airport Handling S.p.A. e aumentando gradualmente la sua partecipazione al 70%, prima di assumere il controllo completo nel 2025. L&#8217;integrazione completata posiziona saldamente l&#8217;Italia nella rete di dnata e consente un allineamento pi\u00f9 stretto con i sistemi globali, la governance e i processi operativi.<\/p>\n<h3>Un&#8217;operazione europea significativa<\/h3>\n<p>Le attivit\u00e0 di handling a terra di dnata in Italia sono tra le pi\u00f9 grandi in Europa. Il team supporta annualmente circa 150.000 voli e serve oltre 60 compagnie aeree. Inoltre, il reparto catering e retail di dnata produce ogni anno pi\u00f9 di 7 milioni di pasti in undici aeroporti in Italia.<\/p>\n<p>In qualit\u00e0 di importante datore di lavoro, dnata attualmente impiega oltre 5.000 persone in Italia e contribuisce in modo significativo all&#8217;economia locale. La nuova struttura cargo a Milano creer\u00e0 inoltre pi\u00f9 di 150 nuovi posti di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dnata.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
