(SKL) ha aperto all&#8217;inizio del mese una nuova sede con uffici e magazzino nella Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone (foto), sta attuando cambiamenti organizzativi che entreranno in vigore il 1\u00b0 aprile 2026. Queste misure mirano a migliorare l&#8217;efficienza della gestione e a rafforzare le capacit\u00e0 di vendita dell&#8217;azienda.<\/p>\n<h3>Ristrutturazione delle Sedi Regionali<\/h3>\n<p>Nell&#8217;ambito della ridefinizione delle responsabilit\u00e0 delle sedi regionali, verr\u00e0 istituita una nuova sede per le regioni del Sud Asia, Medio Oriente e Africa. Questa decisione intende rafforzare la base di gestione e vendita nel mercato in crescita del Sud Asia e creare sinergie tra le regioni. Inoltre, la controllata russa sar\u00e0 trasferita al dipartimento di pianificazione e gestione aziendale (CPA) per consolidare ulteriormente la struttura di governance dell&#8217;azienda.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, l&#8217;attuale sede per Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa sar\u00e0 rinominata sede Europa. Per ottimizzare la struttura organizzativa, il Regional Sales &amp; Marketing Center sotto la sede del Giappone, Taiwan e Corea (JTK) sar\u00e0 chiuso. Le funzioni di questo centro saranno trasferite ai dipartimenti di vendita per l&#8217;esportazione e l&#8217;importazione.<\/p>\n<h3>Ristrutturazione dei Dipartimenti Aziendali<\/h3>\n<p>In aggiunta, verr\u00e0 effettuata una revisione e un miglioramento complessivo della struttura di gestione all&#8217;interno dei dipartimenti principali. Nell&#8217;ambito di queste misure, sar\u00e0 istituito un nuovo dipartimento per le risorse umane aziendali (CHR) per promuovere la consapevolezza delle politiche HR globali di KWE e migliorare la gestione delle informazioni nel settore delle risorse umane.<\/p>\n<p>Il dipartimento per la conformit\u00e0 doganale sar\u00e0 separato dalla CPA e riorganizzato come unit\u00e0 autonoma per rafforzare il quadro legale nelle operazioni doganali.
