Questo passo fa parte di una strategia complessiva per lo sviluppo del business europeo.<\/p>\n<p>Jonas Hitz, che in precedenza ha lavorato per l&#8217;investitore e sviluppatore immobiliare BEOS, sar\u00e0 responsabile dell&#8217;intero mercato tedesco nella sua nuova posizione. Identificher\u00e0 e garantir\u00e0 opportunit\u00e0 di investimento Core-Plus e Value-Add che generano redditi ricorrenti, oltre ad acquisire terreni per sviluppi in Germania.
