Queste nuove regolamentazioni, introdotte nell&#8217;ambito del &#8222;Pacchetto Mobilit\u00e0 I dell&#8217;UE&#8220;, riguardano gli LCV e i furgoni con un peso totale superiore a 2,5 tonnellate, utilizzati nel trasporto merci internazionale o nel cabotaggio. A partire da questa data, questi veicoli dovranno essere dotati di un tachigrafo intelligente di seconda generazione (G2V2).<\/p>\n<h3>Modifiche per il settore<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;introduzione di queste normative rappresenta, secondo l&#8217;azienda, un cambiamento significativo per il settore, poich\u00e9 questi veicoli erano finora esenti dagli obblighi relativi ai tachigrafi. Con le nuove regolazioni, il personale di guida \u00e8 obbligato a rispettare le normative europee sui tempi di guida. Ci\u00f2 include, tra l&#8217;altro, limiti massimi giornalieri di guida e pause obbligatorie, che si applicano anche al personale dei veicoli pesanti.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, gli operatori devono raccogliere, scaricare e presentare i dati del tachigrafo durante le ispezioni. Questo comprende i dati delle carte dei conducenti e fino a 56 giorni di registrazioni. La non conformit\u00e0 a queste normative pu\u00f2 comportare sanzioni e misure di enforcement da parte delle autorit\u00e0 competenti.<\/p>\n<h3>Preparazione ai nuovi requisiti<\/h3>\n<p>AssetGo sottolinea che la scadenza imminente costringe gli operatori a implementare tecnologie e processi adeguati per soddisfare i requisiti di compliance aumentati. Per affrontare queste sfide, l&#8217;azienda offre una soluzione basata sul suo software di analisi dei tachigrafi e di gestione dei tempi di guida. Questo software dovrebbe consentire agli operatori di monitorare l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 dei conducenti, rispettare le normative e ridurre il carico amministrativo.<\/p>\n<p>La piattaforma di AssetGo offre analisi automatizzate dei tachigrafi, che confrontano le attivit\u00e0 dei conducenti con le normative vigenti.
