L&#8217;organizzazione manifesta insoddisfazione per i massicci aumenti dei prezzi annunciati da diverse compagnie aeree e richiede misure immediate da parte del governo per regolare la situazione.<\/div>\n<div>Nelle ultime settimane, i prezzi internazionali del petrolio sono aumentati notevolmente, spingendo molte compagnie aeree locali ad aumentare significativamente i sovrapprezzi per il carburante da carico. HAFFA riporta che una grande compagnia aerea ha aumentato i sovrapprezzi per i voli a lungo raggio di oltre quattro volte, mentre i sovrapprezzi per i voli a corto raggio sono quasi quadruplicati. Questi adeguamenti non sono proporzionati all&#8217;aumento dei prezzi internazionali del petrolio grezzo, che si aggira intorno al 30% &#8211; 40%. Secondo HAFFA, gli adeguamenti quasi immediati e ripetuti dei sovrapprezzi non sono in linea con i costi operativi reali.<\/div>\n<div>Gary Lau, presidente di HAFFA, ha espresso preoccupazione per le conseguenze di questi aumenti di prezzo: &#8222;Questa escalation sconsiderata non \u00e8 altro che un onere insostenibile per i vettori e scatener\u00e0 un effetto domino catastrofico. \u00c8 probabile che le compagnie aeree seguano, facendo lievitare i costi complessivi della logistica. Alla fine, questi costi aggiuntivi saranno trasferiti direttamente ai consumatori finali, destabilizzando le catene di approvvigionamento e mettendo a rischio l&#8217;economia di Hong Kong.&#8220;<\/div>\n<div>Lau sottolinea la necessit\u00e0 per le compagnie aeree di fornire spiegazioni chiare e trasparenti sul calcolo e la giustificazione dei sovrapprezzi. Inoltre, richiede l&#8217;istituzione di un meccanismo pubblico che colleghi gli adeguamenti ai costi operativi reali. I vettori hanno il diritto di comprendere le basi di queste tariffe per poter rendere conto in modo adeguato ai propri clienti. In assenza di giustificazioni valide, gli aumenti di prezzo potrebbero essere interpretati come sfruttamento della situazione di mercato.<\/div>\n<div>Dal 2016, HAFFA chiede il mantenimento di meccanismi CFS regolamentati da parte del governo. Lau fa notare che l&#8217;Autorit\u00e0 dell&#8217;Aviazione Civile, in quanto ente regolatore, gode di alta credibilit\u00e0. Questa richiesta rappresenta un consenso all&#8217;interno del settore. Critica il fatto che, nonostante diverse consultazioni, il governo intenda attuare la liberalizzazione dei sovrapprezzi per il carburante a partire dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2025. Alla luce dell&#8217;attuale situazione di mercato, HAFFA esorta le autorit\u00e0 governative competenti a intervenire immediatamente, a esaminare gli aumenti di prezzo e a ritirare la decisione di liberalizzazione.<\/div>\n<div>HAFFA sottolinea che il settore della logistica rappresenta un pilastro importante dell&#8217;economia di Hong Kong e che adeguamenti tariffari inappropriati possono avere ripercussioni negative profonde sull&#8217;economia complessiva. L&#8217;organizzazione continuer\u00e0 a monitorare attentamente gli sviluppi e non esclude di adottare ulteriori misure per difendere i diritti legittimi dei vettori e della popolazione di Hong
