Il test, svolto all&#8217;inizio dell&#8217;anno, si \u00e8 esteso per circa 2.400 km e ha attraversato la Germania, i Paesi Bassi, il Belgio e la Danimarca fino alla Svezia. L&#8217;obiettivo era verificare la compatibilit\u00e0 tra i veicoli e le colonnine di ricarica MCS di diversi produttori, oltre a testare la praticit\u00e0 della ricarica in condizioni invernali.<\/p>\n<p>I veicoli di prova sono stati ricaricati presso diverse colonnine, sia pubbliche che private. Un eActros 600 ha inoltre effettuato ulteriori test invernali nel circolo polare finlandese, dove le temperature sono scese fino a -20 \u00b0C, prima di intraprendere il viaggio di ritorno.<\/p>\n<h3>Risultati dai test su strada<\/h3>\n<p>Peter Ziegler, responsabile dei Componenti E-Charging di Mercedes-Benz Trucks, illustra i principali risultati dei test. Questi hanno fornito informazioni importanti sulla gestione del calore della batteria e sull&#8217;interoperabilit\u00e0 tra veicolo e infrastruttura di ricarica. I test hanno confermato che potenze di ricarica nell&#8217;ordine del megawatt sono possibili anche a basse temperature, a condizione che la batteria raggiunga una temperatura operativa adeguata. Questo \u00e8 particolarmente rilevante, poich\u00e9 la ricarica in megawatt avviene generalmente durante le pause obbligatorie di guida, garantendo cos\u00ec l&#8217;idoneit\u00e0 all&#8217;uso nel funzionamento reale. Inoltre, sono stati effettuati con successo diversi processi di ricarica in vari punti di ricarica, dimostrando la praticit\u00e0 del sistema.<\/p>\n<h3>Potenziale della ricarica in megawatt<\/h3>\n<p>Mercedes-Benz Trucks vede nella ricarica in megawatt un ruolo centrale per l&#8217;elettrificazione del trasporto pesante a lungo raggio e supporta lo standard MCS come soluzione aperta e interoperabile tra diversi produttori. Considerata l&#8217;evoluzione dinamica del mercato dei veicoli commerciali elettrici a batteria, si ritiene sempre pi\u00f9 importante un standard di ricarica uniforme e compatibile a livello internazionale. Lo standard MCS dovrebbe promuovere l&#8217;interoperabilit\u00e0, la scalabilit\u00e0 e la sicurezza degli investimenti attraverso diversi mercati e produttori.<\/p>\n<h3>Prossimi passi per la finalizzazione dello standard MCS<\/h3>\n<p>La finalizzazione in corso dello standard MCS comprende sia l&#8217;hardware che il software dei veicoli e dell&#8217;infrastruttura di ricarica. Nei prossimi mesi, Mercedes-Benz Trucks prevede ulteriori test di interoperabilit\u00e0 con diversi produttori di colonnine di ricarica, per ottimizzare ulteriormente l&#8217;interazione tra veicolo e infrastruttura di ricarica.<\/p>\n<p>In aggiunta, Daimler Truck partecipa come partner industriale al progetto &#8222;HoLa Hochleistungsladen im Lkw-Fernverkehr&#8220; e tester\u00e0 nel corso dell&#8217;anno l&#8217;eActros 600 nell&#8217;infrastruttura di ricarica ad alta potenza in condizioni reali. Nella seconda met\u00e0 dell&#8217;anno sono previsti i primi test da parte dei clienti di eActros 600 compatibili con MCS nel funzionamento logistico reale. Questi veicoli saranno utilizzati nell&#8217;ambito del progetto per l&#8217;elettrificazione della logistica dei trasporti degli stabilimenti di produzione Mercedes-Benz Trucks in Germania &#8222;Electrify Inbound Logistic&#8220; presso diversi clienti. Per ridurre i tempi di ricarica dei camion elettrici, \u00e8 inoltre prevista una colonnina di ricarica compatibile con MCS nell&#8217;area dello stabilimento di W\u00f6rth am Rhein, che dovrebbe
