Lauer ha guidato le attivit\u00e0 di vendita, marketing, pricing e servizio clienti dell&#8217;azienda negli ultimi 19 anni. Durante questo periodo ha contribuito in modo significativo all&#8217;evoluzione dei processi aziendali.<\/p>\n<p>Chris Scott (a destra), l&#8217;attuale Senior Vice President per i servizi transpacifici e i prezzi aziendali, succeder\u00e0 a Lauer come EVP e CCO dopo le dimissioni di quest&#8217;ultimo. Matt Cox, Chairman e CEO di Matson, ha elogiato lo stile di leadership di Lauer e ha sottolineato il suo impatto sullo sviluppo dell&#8217;azienda. &#8222;John \u00e8 un modello di leadership per Matson. Incarna valori come il lavoro di squadra, il rispetto reciproco e l&#8217;integrit\u00e0&#8220;, ha dichiarato Cox.<\/p>\n<p>Lauer ha consolidato la posizione di Matson come fornitore leader nei mercati chiave dell&#8217;azienda e ha promosso la crescita internazionale. Crisafulli \u00e8 entrato in Matson lo scorso anno e nella sua nuova funzione guider\u00e0 le attivit\u00e0 commerciali per i servizi in Cina dell&#8217;azienda, riportando a Scott.<\/p>\n<p>Matson \u00e8 stata fondata nel 1882 ed \u00e8 un fornitore di servizi di trasporto marittimo e logistica. L&#8217;azienda offre importanti servizi di trasporto marittimo per Hawaii, Alaska e Guam, oltre ad altre economie insulari in Micronesia.
