Presso il tribunale distrettuale di Innsbruck \u00e8 stato avviato il procedimento di fallimento per la Nothegger Transport Logistik. Secondo le informazioni delle associazioni di protezione dei creditori, i debiti ammontano a circa 15 milioni di euro. Circa 300 dipendenti potrebbero essere colpiti dall&#8217;insolvenza.<\/p>\n<p>La richiesta \u00e8 stata presentata dalla Cassa Austriaca per la Salute (\u00d6GK), che reclama contributi previdenziali non versati per milioni. Secondo il Creditorenverband Alpenl\u00e4ndischer, ci sono debiti di circa 3,2 milioni di euro verso l&#8217;\u00d6GK, circa 1,8 milioni di euro verso l&#8217;agenzia delle entrate e circa 9,3 milioni di euro verso le banche. Nonostante alcuni pagamenti parziali, i problemi finanziari non sono stati risolti.<\/p>\n<p>La direzione aveva precedentemente puntato sull&#8217;ingresso di un investitore e sulla vendita a breve termine di un immobile. Tuttavia, questi passi non sono stati attuati in tempo. Il tribunale ha quindi ritenuto che sussistessero le condizioni per un procedimento di fallimento.<\/p>\n<p>Come ulteriore onere si considerano le imposte differite a causa della pandemia di coronavirus. I rimborsi ora dovuti aggravano notevolmente la situazione di liquidit\u00e0 dell&#8217;azienda, secondo KSV1870. L&#8217;amministrazione fallimentare sta ora esaminando se sia possibile continuare l&#8217;attivit\u00e0.
