L&#8217;obiettivo di questa iniziativa \u00e8 rafforzare il trasporto ferroviario internazionale di merci attraverso l&#8217;implementazione completa della Convenzione relativa al contratto di trasporto internazionale di merci per ferrovia (URL1), come comunica il Comitato della Commissione Economica per l&#8217;Europa delle Nazioni Unite (UNECE).<\/p>\n<p>Nell&#8217;ambito di questa decisione, \u00e8 stato istituito un team di esperti che operer\u00e0 sotto il gruppo di lavoro per il trasporto ferroviario (SC.2). Questo team ha il compito di sviluppare gli strumenti necessari per rendere operativa URL1 nel trasporto ferroviario quotidiano. Tra i primi compiti vi \u00e8 la creazione di un modello di nota di consegna e di un manuale di implementazione accompagnatorio. Queste misure dovrebbero garantire un&#8217;applicazione coerente e giuridicamente sicura del nuovo quadro normativo nel traffico transfrontaliero, comunica il Comitato.<\/p>\n<p><a
