Beason ha parlato nell&#8217;ambito di un panel sulle diverse interpretazioni del programma Third-Party Canine-Cargo (3PK9-C) della TSA e le sfide associate alla corretta verifica delle merci, in particolare delle batterie al litio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDalla prospettiva delle merci pericolose, il programma 3PK9-C non \u00e8 chiaramente definito\u201c, ha spiegato Beason. Ha sottolineato che con la crescente diffusione delle batterie al litio nelle consegne aeree, la necessit\u00e0 di normative chiaramente definite e indiscutibili, specifiche per articoli particolari, diventa sempre pi\u00f9 importante. Questo \u00e8 cruciale per garantire conformit\u00e0 e sicurezza.<\/p>\n<p>Il programma 3PK9-C \u00e8 stato sviluppato nell&#8217;ambito dei Certified Cargo Screening Programs (CCSP) della TSA e si concentrava inizialmente sulla rilevazione di esplosivi. Beason ha aggiunto: \u201eL&#8217;obiettivo di questi programmi dovrebbe essere quello di armonizzare le operazioni di screening, in modo che ogni team cinofilo lavori secondo gli stessi standard per
