Secondo un&#8217;iniziativa attuale delle associazioni, in Germania mancano gi\u00e0 pi\u00f9 di 70.000 autisti professionisti. Questo numero \u00e8 aumentato significativamente dalla pubblicazione di un &#8222;Piano in cinque punti contro i colli di bottiglia nella logistica e la carenza di autisti&#8220; alla fine del 2018, quando si stimava che mancassero circa 40.000 autisti. L&#8217;evoluzione demografica contribuisce ad aggravare il problema: un terzo degli autisti professionisti ha pi\u00f9 di 55 anni e ogni anno circa 30.000-35.000 autisti vanno in pensione, mentre solo 15.000-20.000 nuovi autisti entrano nel settore.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre il 70% della prestazione di trasporto merci in Germania \u00e8 fornita, secondo le associazioni coinvolte, dai camion. I colli di bottiglia in questo settore potrebbero quindi avere conseguenze di vasta portata per l&#8217;intera economia. Un trasferimento del trasporto su rotaia non \u00e8 possibile in molti casi, poich\u00e9 le condizioni locali, come le brevi distanze di trasporto e l&#8217;inadeguata infrastruttura ferroviaria, spesso si oppongono a un trasporto su rotaia.<\/p>\n<h3>Necessit\u00e0 di azione per garantire il mercato del lavoro degli autisti<\/h3>\n<p>Per affrontare la carenza di autisti, l&#8217;iniziativa delle associazioni richiede un approccio coordinato politicamente. Una proposta centrale \u00e8 l&#8217;istituzione di un gruppo di lavoro interministeriale che, coinvolgendo i settori pertinenti, dovrebbe sviluppare una strategia per il mercato del lavoro degli autisti.<\/p>\n<p>Tre aree di intervento fondamentali vengono evidenziate dalle associazioni:<\/p>\n<p>1. Aumentare l&#8217;attrattiva della professione di autista: Le condizioni di lavoro per gli autisti professionisti devono essere migliorate. La mancanza di infrastrutture, come spazi di sosta per camion insufficienti e una qualit\u00e0 di soggiorno inadeguata nei parcheggi, rende difficile la vita lavorativa. Inoltre, una gestione inefficiente dei cantieri sulle strade principali porta a ingorghi e orari di lavoro inaffidabili.<\/p>\n<p>2. Modernizzazione dei requisiti di formazione e qualificazione: L&#8217;attuale formazione degli autisti \u00e8 considerata non al passo con i tempi. \u00c8 necessaria una riforma per rendere la formazione pi\u00f9 pratica e mirata. Dovrebbero essere meglio utilizzate anche le possibilit\u00e0 digitali.<\/p>\n<p>3. Riduzione della burocrazia e facilitazione dell&#8217;immigrazione: L&#8217;alto grado di regolamentazione nel trasporto merci su strada \u00e8 percepito come un ostacolo. Devono essere trovate regole pi\u00f9 pragmatiche, in particolare per quanto riguarda il riconoscimento delle qualifiche professionali straniere. Inoltre, dovrebbe essere facilitata l&#8217;immigrazione di lavoratori provenienti da paesi terzi nel mercato degli autisti.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgl-ev.de\/\" target=\"_blank\"
