China Eastern Air Logistics Co., Ltd. (CEAL) ha avviato, in collaborazione con L\u00f6dige Industries, una nuova generazione di veicoli di trasporto automatizzati ad alta capacit\u00e0 (AGV). Questi AGV sono progettati specificamente per il trasporto flessibile e completamente automatico di Unit Load Devices (ULD) e sono ora in uso nel terminal cargo 4 dell&#8217;aeroporto.<\/p>\n<h3>Aumento dell&#8217;efficienza attraverso sistemi automatizzati<\/h3>\n<p>Un totale di sei AGV, ciascuno in grado di trasportare fino a 6,8 tonnellate, sono stati implementati con successo. Questi veicoli dovrebbero migliorare notevolmente l&#8217;efficienza e l&#8217;automazione nel settore della gestione del cargo aereo. Gli AGV sono completamente integrati nel Cargo Management System (CMS) di L\u00f6dige, che consente una pianificazione, un controllo e un monitoraggio ottimizzati del flusso di merci. Grazie all&#8217;uso di analisi dei dati in tempo reale, il sistema offre visualizzazioni su dispositivi mobili, supportando una gestione del cargo precisa ed efficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Weddy Pan, Senior Deputy Manager della Operations Quality Management Division di CEAL, ha espresso un giudizio positivo sull&#8217;implementazione: \u201eIl sistema di L\u00f6dige ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative e ha trasformato completamente il nostro modello operativo. Siamo orgogliosi di collaborare con CEAL per introdurre questa tecnologia avanzata e aiutarli a migliorare l&#8217;efficienza e stabilire nuovi standard per le operazioni di carico.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Vantaggi degli AGV per le operazioni di carico<\/h3>\n<p>I nuovi AGV offrono una maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 operativa riducendo la dipendenza da metodi di trasporto manuali e supportando l&#8217;ottimizzazione dei percorsi. Ci\u00f2 riduce la necessit\u00e0 di infrastrutture fisse e consente flussi di carico dinamici. L&#8217;intelligenza basata sui dati degli AGV garantisce un controllo preciso, minimizza il rischio di danni agli ULD e supporta le operazioni 24 ore su 24. In questo modo, i dipendenti possono concentrarsi su compiti a valore aggiunto.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti e sei gli AGV sono stati prodotti in Germania e hanno superato rigorosi test per garantire qualit\u00e0 e prestazioni costanti. La flotta di AGV si integra inoltre con il primo sistema Lift-and-Run della Cina, fornito anch&#8217;esso da L\u00f6dige Industries, aumentando cos\u00ec il throughput e l&#8217;intelligenza operativa nel terminal.<\/p>\n<p>La partnership tra CEAL e L\u00f6dige Industries continua a evolversi, con precedenti collaborazioni che includono la ristrutturazione di un sistema Elevating Transfer Vehicle (ETV) e la fornitura di un sistema Transfer Vehicle (TV).
