Le informazioni provengono dalla quarta edizione del DHL eCommerce Trends Report: Shopper Edit, che ha intervistato 24.000 acquirenti online in 24 mercati globali, e dalla Business Edit, pubblicata per la prima volta, che ha raccolto le risposte di 4.050 aziende in 19 paesi. I singoli imprenditori e le microimprese si mostrano quest&#8217;anno i meno fiduciosi riguardo al Black Friday - si aspettano risultati pi\u00f9 modesti, con solo il 48% che prevede un aumento delle vendite e solo il 57% che crede che gli acquirenti si fidino delle loro offerte e prezzi.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Le recensioni dei clienti influenzano gli acquirenti<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tra gli acquirenti, tre quarti degli acquirenti acquistano di pi\u00f9 o la stessa quantit\u00e0 durante il Black Friday, principalmente motivati da sconti e risparmi (71%), accesso a offerte esclusive (49%) e offerte a tempo limitato (44%). Le recensioni autentiche influenzano le loro decisioni: il 64% degli acquirenti del Black Friday \u00e8 influenzato dalle recensioni dei clienti sui social media. Opzioni di pagamento flessibili e prodotti di tendenza sui social media attirano questi acquirenti.
