Per la costruzione e la gestione del terminal, duisport, il specialista della logistica ferroviaria Captrain e la Dortmunder Hafen AG intendono costituire una joint venture.<\/h5>\n<p>(Dortmund) Al nuovo terminal parteciperanno - subordinatamente all&#8217;approvazione degli organi competenti e delle autorit\u00e0 antitrust - la Duisburger Hafen AG e la Captrain Deutschland GmbH con il 45% ciascuna e la Dortmunder Hafen AG con il 10%.<\/p>\n<p>Il terminal KV sar\u00e0 costruito su un&#8217;area attualmente inutilizzata di circa 150.000 metri quadrati della Dortmunder Eisenbahn GmbH, una controllata di Captrain e della Dortmunder Hafen AG. Il futuro terminal per rimorchi comprender\u00e0 quattro binari di circa 400 metri di lunghezza, una gru portale e reachstacker, e offrir\u00e0 spazi di sosta per diverse centinaia di unit\u00e0 di rimorchi. L&#8217;inizio dei lavori \u00e8 previsto per il secondo semestre del 2026, mentre il completamento \u00e8 attualmente previsto per la fine del 2027 al pi\u00f9 presto.<\/p>\n<p>Oggi, tra 800 e 900 camion raggiungono quotidianamente il parco logistico di Westfalenh\u00fctte, dove si sono insediati centri logistici di numerose aziende rinomate. Con il nuovo terminal, una parte significativa di questi trasporti potr\u00e0 essere trasferita su rotaia e i rimorchi potranno essere raggruppati nel Trasporto Combinato (KV). Ci\u00f2 consentir\u00e0 di ridurre significativamente i carichi di traffico e l&#8217;impatto ambientale.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;integrazione nel sistema ferroviario e fluviale LOG4NRW e il collegamento alla rete intermodale del porto di Duisburg rafforzeranno inoltre la competitivit\u00e0 dell&#8217;economia e dell&#8217;industria nella Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Negli ultimi 25 anni abbiamo gi\u00e0 dimostrato pi\u00f9 volte a Duisburg di poter contribuire attivamente alla trasformazione strutturale&#8221;, afferma il CEO di duisport, Markus Bangen. &#8220;Non vedo l&#8217;ora di portare la nostra esperienza e il nostro know-how anche a Dortmund e di vedere la nostra lunga partnership e cooperazione con il porto di Dortmund e la nostra collaborazione con Captrain esprimersi in questo progetto comune.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La ferrovia non \u00e8 solo il mezzo di trasporto pi\u00f9 ecologico, ma anche il pi\u00f9 efficiente per il trasporto di merci&#8221;, sottolinea Henrik W\u00fcrdemann, amministratore delegato del gruppo Captrain Deutschland. &#8220;Con il terminal previsto, contribuiamo insieme a una logistica pi\u00f9 efficiente e sostenibile nella regione Reno-Ruhr, garantendo che pi\u00f9 merci vengano trasferite su rotaia e alleviando la situazione del traffico tesa.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>Le collaborazioni portano buone soluzioni<\/h5>\n<p>Bettina Brennenstuhl, membro del consiglio di amministrazione della Dortmunder Hafen AG: &#8220;Sono felice che come Dortmunder Hafen AG, insieme a due partner forti, possiamo contribuire attivamente alla transizione dei trasporti a Dortmund e nella regione e, attraverso il nuovo terminal per rimorchi, dare un contributo alla protezione del clima.
