Diventa sempre pi\u00f9 costoso gestire le merci aeree attraverso la Germania&#8221;, ha lanciato un allerta il Dr. Joachim Lang, amministratore delegato dell&#8217;Associazione tedesca dell&#8217;industria aerea (BDL), durante l&#8217;incontro attuale del club aircargo deutschland (acd) a Francoforte.<\/h5>\n<p>(Francoforte) Questa evoluzione \u00e8 particolarmente grave perch\u00e9 le merci aeree sono di fondamentale importanza per l&#8217;economia tedesca. Nessun altro mezzo di trasporto movimenta merci di cos\u00ec alto valore: il valore delle merci trasportate per via aerea \u00e8 in media di 152.807 euro per tonnellata. A titolo di confronto: su strada il valore \u00e8 di 6.525 euro, via mare di 2.493 euro e su rotaia di 2.090 euro. Pertanto, l&#8217;aereo \u00e8 il mezzo di trasporto centrale per la Germania, nazione esportatrice, per le merci ad alta intensit\u00e0 di valore aggiunto.<\/p>\n<p>Sempre pi\u00f9 spedizioni per la Germania vengono gestite attraverso hub nei paesi vicini. Inoltre, hub a Doha, Dubai o Baku deviano in larga misura i flussi globali di merci verso di s\u00e9. Molti di questi siti ricevono specifici finanziamenti statali, il che porta a vantaggi competitivi e mette in difficolt\u00e0 l&#8217;industria tedesca senza colpa.<\/p>\n<p>Anche le aziende di spedizione tedesche si stanno spostando sempre pi\u00f9 verso sedi estere. Un terzo di esse utilizza per le spedizioni aeree da e verso la Germania sempre meno gli aeroporti locali. Le ragioni sono principalmente i costi elevati di localizzazione, l&#8217;eccesso di conformit\u00e0 al diritto dell&#8217;UE, la burocrazia inutile e i problemi con la dogana. Mentre un volo cargo a lungo raggio a Francoforte, ad esempio, \u00e8 gravato da circa 1.500 euro di tasse per la sicurezza aerea, i costi a Istanbul sono solo 72 euro, a Liegi addirittura 0 euro. Di conseguenza, la Germania ha perso nel 2023 circa 62.000 tonnellate di merci aeree verso l&#8217;estero. Prima del 2019, il bilancio era ancora positivo, allora la Germania riusciva a ottenere 206.000 tonnellate dall&#8217;estero.<\/p>\n<p>Il Dr. Lang ha chiarito che senza un alleggerimento del settore, l&#8217;emigrazione continuer\u00e0. Pertanto, il BDL richiede tra l&#8217;altro una riduzione della tassa sul traffico aereo, una copertura parziale dei costi fissi della sicurezza aerea da parte dello Stato, il ritiro degli aumenti tariffari recenti e, in particolare per il settore delle merci aeree, la riduzione di vari ostacoli burocratici e la digitalizzazione accelerata dei processi. A tal fine, l&#8217;associazione ha presentato quest&#8217;anno un dettagliato programma in cinque punti e ha avviato i primi colloqui con le autorit\u00e0 competenti e i ministeri.<\/p>\n<h5>Necessit\u00e0 di alleggerimenti<\/h5>\n<p>Il presidente dell&#8217;acd, Prof. Dr. Christopher W.
