La nuova costruzione combina un concetto di propulsione diesel-elettrica &#8220;Future-Fuel-Ready&#8221; ad un&#8217;ottimizzazione per le basse acque e alla tecnologia SEAFAR per una navigazione remota. Un sistema di pannelli solari genera inoltre annualmente fino a 37.500 kilowattora di energia, utilizzabile anche per la propulsione della nave.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Duisburg\/Amburgo) La &#8220;Blue Marlin&#8221; \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 recente progetto della consolidata cooperazione tra HGK Shipping e Salzgitter Flachstahl nella navigazione interna. La nuova nave da carico trasporter\u00e0 principalmente acciaio e materiali sfusi nella rete di canali del nord-ovest della Germania, rendendo cos\u00ec la logistica di Salzgitter AG ancora pi\u00f9 sostenibile. Dopo il completamento con successo delle prove in mare, la nave \u00e8 stata battezzata ieri da Julia Siemens-Pecher, responsabile del controllo logistico della Peiner Tr\u00e4ger GmbH, una controllata operativa di Salzgitter AG, durante una cerimonia ufficiale.<\/p>\n<h5>Realizzare progetti sostenibili<\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;La stretta partnership con Salzgitter AG ci consente di realizzare progetti sostenibili in modo mirato. Insieme portiamo idee innovative nella pratica: dalla tecnologia solare senza emissioni alla navigazione remota delle navi fino ai tipi di propulsione a basso consumo di risorse nella nostra flotta. La &#8216;Blue Marlin&#8217; \u00e8 un forte simbolo di ci\u00f2 che l&#8217;industria e la logistica possono raggiungere insieme&#8221;, spiega Florian Bleikamp, amministratore delegato di HGK Dry Shipping.<\/p>\n<p>Fabian Gerdes, responsabile della logistica clienti di Salzgitter Flachstahl, si dichiara soddisfatto: &#8220;Con questa nave innovativa continuiamo i nostri sforzi per ridurre le emissioni di CO\u2082 e migliorare l&#8217;efficienza e la resilienza delle nostre catene di approvvigionamento. In questo contesto, ci affidiamo sempre di pi\u00f9 alla navigazione interna, che si comporta in modo particolarmente ecologico nel mix dei mezzi di trasporto. Pertanto, la &#8216;Blue Marlin&#8217; gioca un ruolo chiave nel trasporto ecologico dei nostri prodotti in acciaio e materiali sfusi. Contribuisce a un miglioramento significativo del nostro bilancio di CO\u2082 nella logistica e si adatta perfettamente al percorso che abbiamo intrapreso verso una maggiore sostenibilit\u00e0.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>Ideale per situazioni di bassa acqua<\/h5>\n<p>Con le sue dimensioni ottimizzate per i canali di 86 metri di lunghezza, 9,50 metri di larghezza e un pescaggio mobile di soli 1,10 metri, la &#8220;Blue Marlin&#8221; \u00e8 ideale per situazioni di bassa acqua sulle vie navigabili dell&#8217;Europa centrale. Il concetto di propulsione efficiente con due eliche a ruota Veth e un ulteriore elica di prua consente anche un accoppiamento con un rimorchiatore, permettendo il trasporto ottimale di carichi fino a 3.110 tonnellate.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo le prove in mare condotte con successo con la tecnologia SEAFAR, la Direzione Generale delle Vie Navigabili (GDWS) ha rilasciato un permesso per la navigazione remota sul tratto tra Salzgitter e Friedrichsfeld. La tecnologia solare Wattlab supporta inoltre l&#8217;approvvigionamento energetico a bordo: l&#8217;energia prodotta consente un&#8217;operazione della nave temporaneamente senza emissioni attraverso la propulsione delle eliche e riduce le emissioni di CO\u2082 fino a 36.000 chilogrammi all&#8217;anno. Per la prima volta, l&#8217;energia solare raccolta pu\u00f2 essere direttamente indirizzata al sistema di propulsione. In riconoscimento della sua costruzione sostenibile, la &#8220;Blue Marlin&#8221; \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stata premiata con il Green Award &#8220;Gold&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h5>Concettualizzazione e sviluppo in stretta collaborazione<\/h5>\n<p>La concezione e lo sviluppo della nave sono avvenuti in stretta collaborazione tra HGK Shipping e Salzgitter AG.
