Con una superficie di 7.200 metri quadrati, due ampi ingressi e 12 rampe per camion, la nuova sede offre condizioni ottimali per processi efficienti e un rapido smistamento. La tecnologia pi\u00f9 moderna e l&#8217;attuazione coerente dei principi del Lean Management supportano questa aspirazione.<\/h5>\n<p>(Langenfeld\/Krefeld) Sono state implementate diverse misure, come ad esempio un layout ottimizzato del deposito con una chiara segnaletica e marcature, che consentono un flusso di lavoro continuo. Nello sviluppo e nella definizione dei processi e delle regole di traffico sono stati utilizzati strumenti intelligenti basati su IA per ottenere risultati ottimali.<\/p>\n<p>Il risultato sono percorsi brevi, un&#8217;ottima orientamento nel deposito e il rigoroso rispetto delle normative sulla sicurezza sul lavoro: le marcature e le suddivisioni sono state posizionate in modo tale da creare percorsi chiari, minimizzando collisioni e inciampi. Inoltre, \u00e8 stata prestata attenzione affinch\u00e9 tutte le aree pericolose siano protette da marcature ben visibili e strategicamente posizionate.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;illuminazione a LED in tutto l&#8217;edificio e un impianto fotovoltaico sul tetto contribuiscono a risparmiare energia e a raggiungere gli obiettivi di sostenibilit\u00e0 dell&#8217;azienda. Le informazioni sui turni e sull&#8217;occupazione delle rampe vengono condivise tramite i numerosi monitor nel deposito, in modo da risparmiare inutili stampe su carta e rispondere in modo flessibile a cambiamenti dell&#8217;ultimo minuto.<\/p>\n<p>Il nuovo deposito include anche un Experience Center, utilizzato da nox per corsi di formazione interni ed eventi. La stage di circa 400 metri quadrati offre una vista diretta sul deposito e sui processi l\u00ec presenti, consentendo di osservare da vicino le operazioni del NachtExpress durante eventi interni, senza disturbare i processi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Il Lean Management ci aiuta a migliorare l&#8217;efficienza e a orientare i nostri processi ancora di pi\u00f9 verso le esigenze dei clienti&#8221;, afferma Alexander Kohnen, CEO del gruppo nox. &#8220;Con il nuovo deposito a Krefeld, abbiamo consapevolmente creato un modello per le nostre altre sedi, a cui trasferiremo anche i principi del Lean Management.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Anna Wolf, Senior Manager Continuous Improvement Operations di nox Germany, responsabile dell&#8217;attuazione dei principi del Lean Management, aggiunge: &#8220;L&#8217;intero team di progetto ha contribuito in modo significativo a stabilire a Krefeld una sede di riferimento, che servir\u00e0 da modello per l&#8217;attuazione futura di ottimizzazioni dei processi e best practices. Attraverso l&#8217;implementazione del Lean Management in questo deposito, abbiamo ora ancorato i principi di riduzione degli sprechi e introduzione di standard nella nostra struttura operativa, il che consente un aumento sostenibile dell&#8217;efficienza e un risparmio delle risorse. Questa sede servir\u00e0 in futuro per lo sviluppo e la scalabilit\u00e0 delle iniziative Lean nei nostri altri depositi.&#8221; <\/p>\n<h5>La sede di Duisburg sar\u00e0 chiusa<\/h5>\n<p>Con l&#8217;apertura del deposito a Krefeld, la sede di Duisburg sar\u00e0 chiusa.
